Unit was making a grinding noise. Found the cam on the bottom of the machine is worn out after replacing the unit was a little better but needs the basket hub. Could not get the flex plate off. ; saved tckt

Customer states the unit started building with ice an again. Tested and found nothing out of the ordinary except the water valve had lots of debris in it. Customer is ok with replacing the whole kit. ; ordrd 1 W11510803 (Ice maker assembly.)

"Customer states the refrigerator has a burning smell. Disassembled the freezer checked the defrost element (ok) checked the freezer fan (ok) put the freezer back together removed the back panel of the fridge and checked the fan was going and the compressor was running as it should. Removed the jazz board and checked found no issues, could not find any issues"

"Returned with parts, installed the new vent pipe, clamped pipe on on the inside. Replaced the heat element, repaired both heat element wires. Installed new drum rollers, belt and idler pulley. Cycled and tested the unit.

"Customer states the top of the unit is thawing. Removed the back cover found the unit was filled with ice, the drain was plugged and the fan had ice in it causing it not to turn. Steamed the unit out. Removed ice, removed the fan and cleared out ice, cleaned out the drain."
