"Refrigerator did not act up for us. It has been working for a couple weeks after the customer unplugged/reset it. Door switches are working good. Unit is working great.

Complaint was the washer shakes and walks. I verified the feet are secure and the washer is level. The floor is very slippery. I cleaned the floor and dust off the bottom of the feet. I ran a load of towels on spin and the washer does walk forward slowly. I advised the customer to put vibration pads under the feet.
