"Installed part from last diagnosis and new guide from bearing. Once installed reassembled and tested unit multiple times units working properly showed the tenant all the black on the front guide, explaining how it would rub up against the clothing. Unit is working properly"

Needs front guide kit, this is different than the one we carry on truckstop. Found the fresh food side not cooling. Removed drawers to get to evap and fans. The fans would never power on. Unit was in defrost when I got there and by there time I got to the evap it was out and compressor kicked. And the freezer fan was running properly. Door switches are working properly. Just not gettting any voltage to the fans. Unit needs a control board. Quoted customer blue book for new fan. They are going to look into getting a new fridge. WR49X10152
