The control panel is damaged. The dryer is set to eco mode. I started the dryer and its working. I advised the customer to call LG about the panel and to not use eco dry. The dryer is working good. I knocked the drain plug out on there garbage disposal so the dishwasher will drain.

"Compressor is starting/ working intermittently. Because of this, freezer is freezing and thawing on and off. PR diagnosed bad compressor. Verified complaint removed old compressor and dryer. Installed new compressor and dryer leaked tested. Everything was good vacuumed then refilled. Tested unit unit unit working properly again explained that I could take 24 hours to cool and 48 hours to make ice again. Before it was already dropped 15?

Customer complaint is unit not drying. Found that the unit is heating. This is a 120 unit not running off 240 so it runs a little bit cooler. Found that the vent isnt working or getting any air out of it. This assembled the back and found that the belt has fallen off. Tried to reinstall belt and it seems very stretched out loose. I think we need a new belt assembly. Tried calling Techline no answer had to leave a voicemail added photo of part loose not sure if we need other parts with the Aztec line if we need other parts to fix this unit never worked on the unit like this before and no info available; saved tckt
