Hello, I'm Jess. Iā€™m deeply rooted in the heart of St. Paul and live with my partner and our three children. My journey into the world of service heroes has been driven by a deep-seated passion for mechanics and a love for hands-on problem-solving. Whether it's bringing life back to vintage HiFi audio equipment with modern upgrades or fine-tuning cars for peak performance, my life is filled with the joy of optimization. Samasung Washer Repair. Washer seems to be filling with an appropriate amount of water. Customer normally uses the normal setting, which has Eco Plus mode permanently enabled which can reduce water fill levels. The washer is working as intended and is an energy conserving design that uses less water in general. When run in deep wash mode, it fills with lots of water which customer is satisfied with using from now on.

LG Washer Repair. Complaint was standing water in bottom of bellows. Steam cleaned the boot and cleared all orifices. It is no longer holding water in the bottom of the bellows.

Samsung Washer Repair. Installed new rear left foot and leveled washer and ran a test mode. It passed the diagnostic test mode and is no longer banging around. I mentioned to the customer that it will always have a little bit of a vibration because of the rubber pads on the bottom of the feet and the fact its in a plastic flood pan on a second floor floor, so there is always going to be a bit of bounce to it.

Jess was great. Completed the repairs in about 30 minutes. The online videos showed at least a 2 hour job. Our washing machine is back up and working smoothly. Very satisfied.
