"Taking a long time to pre heat. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great.

"Washer gives E3 error for motor. Motor has nothing binding it up, and all connections are good, no broken wires either. In test mode and regular mode the control is not sending voltage to rotor or anything like the hall sensor. Looked up this washer and it qualifies for 1 year of free service and recall. Gave customer the website to plug in the serial and model numbers."
