Bosch Washer Repair. Customer states the unit is not draining. Checked found water sitting in the tub, vacuumed out the tub, removed the filter and found a sock stuck in the pump. Removed the sock and cleaned out the pump housing. Put filter back, cycled and tested a few times the pump now fills and drains as it should.

"Installed the door, customer is missing the decal. After installing and removing the protective tape found the door was the wrong color. The refrigerator is almost plain chrome stainless and the new door is a darker stainless, customer is also missing the LG logo decal. ; O-emld tckt"

"Customer states the fridge was leaking all over the floor. Checked and found the floor damaged in the front of the unit and the back. Found the drain in the freezer clogged up. Steamed out the floor and removed the ice. Cleaned out the drain hose. Looked like there was more issues with water in the back of the machine than the front. Asked the customer and they had turned the water off suspecting the water was coming from the back. Turned on and waited, water started dripping out of the valve. Will need new valve. ; ordrd 1 242252702 (Valve)"

"Customer stated the stove was not baking.Tested and found the ignitor was not working, replaced ignitor and the unit now is working as it should."

"Customer states the ice maker is making ice cubes that have a strange taste and the unit smells like chemical inside the fresh food compartment. Removed the ice maker found lots of calcium build up from hard water on the ice maker mold and the fill tube. Removed the lower drawers inside the fresh food compartment checked for anything that could be causing the smell, removed the back cover in the freezer and checked the coil and fan for anything that could be causing the smell. Found nothing. Customer knows they have hard water, suggested they Change the water filter and put a box of baking soda in refrigerator for the smell"
