Customer states they think the belt fell off. Removed cover found the belt was off. Disassembled found the belt and one drum roller needed to be replaced l. Customer approved the repair. Cleaned out the back vent and the inside of the unit. Replaced the belt, drum rollers, and idler pulley. Cycled and tested. Unit operating as it should.

"Returned with ice maker, installed, ran it manually and checked found the unit filled the mold with water and found no signs of water leaking anywhere."

Unit was making a grinding noise. Found the cam on the bottom of the machine is worn out after replacing the unit was a little better but needs the basket hub. Could not get the flex plate off. ; saved tckt

Customer states the unit started building with ice an again. Tested and found nothing out of the ordinary except the water valve had lots of debris in it. Customer is ok with replacing the whole kit. ; ordrd 1 W11510803 (Ice maker assembly.)

"Customer states the refrigerator has a burning smell. Disassembled the freezer checked the defrost element (ok) checked the freezer fan (ok) put the freezer back together removed the back panel of the fridge and checked the fan was going and the compressor was running as it should. Removed the jazz board and checked found no issues, could not find any issues"
