Customer complaint. Light on board and wont respond. Customer said they tried to trip the breaker still didnt work. The control lock button is the one that is lit. Customer said it happened when unloading and heard herself bump the button because made a different noise. I held the button for 3 seconds. Lock light came off and it started to work. Tested button a few times and is working properly. Explained to customer what I found she said she held it for 3 seconds but didnt try today. I explained if it happens again make sure hands arent wet and clean.

"Customer complaint water dripping out fridge and under the crisper drawers. Removed the evap cover and found drain clogged. Installed drain kit to solve this issue and found the sensor was off a bit also so replaced evap sensor. Reassembled tested unit is working properly.

Replaced ignition board. Tested and now bake and broil spark and gas turns on in the oven. Oven preheated and is working good.

"Customer complaint is, ALARMS ARE GOING OFF. IT IS MAKING ICE. WONT DISP ICE OR WATER. Inspected and tested. Found the right FF door switch is flaky and only sometimes working. "Display randomly goes dead. Found this one is having the one solid flash for a bad board or display. The wiring seams good. When testing. Quoting for display and control board. "Customers complaint, not heating or drying dishes. Unit was giving a code of E9. That is a heater code. Pulled unit out on protective mat. Ohmed out heater and it was open. Which means a bad heater. Quoted bluebook to install new heater. Customer approved. Ordered part and rescheduled. ; ordrng 1 12008381 (CIRCULATION MOTOR/PUMP ASSM COMPLETE)"

Unit wasnt draining. Tip unit back and found the wire came right out of the plug. Installed new ends to the wire and clipped them on to the drain pump. Now its tight connection and is working properly. If happens again will need wiring harness or solder the wire to the drain pump.

Unit making loud noise during tumbling. Disassembled front of unit. The rollers and idler were good. Next checked the blower wheel. Found the blower wheel is busted. Didnt see the piece or anything from it. Installed new blower. Cleaned up rollers and idler. Reassembled tested unit is working properly.

Customer complaint burning clothing. He showed me examples its not leaving brown streaks but melting on the back. Took temps and unit on high got up 250 which is way to hot. I unhooked the vent now high got up to 200. Explained to customer about the dryer vent. He will get someone out to clear it. Showed customer how the temp changes with it not hooked up also.

"Customer complaint is, AT THE END OF THE CYCLE WATER IS STILL IN THE BASE. Inspected and tested. Found the air gap is plugged on the counter. I recommended bypassing the air gap and putting a high loop underneath the sink. Customer approved bypassing air gap. I disconnected drain hose from air gap and hooked it up directly to the garbage disposal and put a high loop in it. Tested and dishwasher is working and draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, Ice Maker is not working unit is cooling fine. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 2F. I cycled the ice maker and it cycled, but just a trickle of water came in. The water dispenser in the door is just trickling also. Customer hasnt replaced the filter in a long time. Customer is going to need to replace the filter. I advised customer on using a OEM filter and changing regularly."

"Customer complaint is, SQUEAKING. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley is seized up. Customer approved repairs. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Unit isnt cooling properly. Found the freezer evap full of frost. Removed evap cover. Its a big ice brick. The defrost isnt working. Steamed enough to test heat and bimetal. Found the defrost heater tested open. Installed new heater after steaming frost and clearing drain pan. Now unit is working properly.

We verified the ice maker was broken. We installed the new ice maker and turned it back on. They also said the water dispenser is slow. They have it hooked up to a RO system. I said it could be a issue with the RO and have it serviced or bypass it.

"Customer complaint is, BEEP WHEN ITS RUNNING, DISPLAY FLASHES. Inspected and tested. Found the control panel is flashing and beeping when running. Installed new control panel and tested. Dishwasher is working great and no more flickering display. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Unit will stop randomly no matter what. Started cycle and it worked just fine heated ran no issue for 3 minutes. I went grab a tool and bumped the door and it stopped. I found the door itself and the door switch is the issue. Its not pushing the door switch in far enough. I tap the switch it works perfectly. I shut the door it hits the switch but if you bump the door it turns off. There is just enough play in the door and switch. Tried to adjust the door nothing. Showed customer the issue. The customer is going to put a little tap or pad where the door meets the switch. If it doesnt work he will order a door switch. The door is latching properly and tight its in the hinges or the switch.

"Customer complaint is, NEEDS CHECKED OUT, NOT ALWAYS DRAINING OR DISP OPENING OR FILLING. Inspected and tested. Found the circulation pump has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great and has drained every time. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, WATER ON THE FLOOR. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 39F and freezer is 3F. Found ice on the bottom of the freezer floor. I disassembled freezer and the drain is plugged. Defrosted freezer evaporator drain pan and pulled out refrigerator and cleaned drain on the back side. Drain is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Customers stated the ice tray was filling up with water. Removed the ice maker and installed new ice maker. Cycled and tested; with the new ice maker, i found no water in the ice cube tray.

When we arrived the washer had water sitting in the bottom. Today we replaced both hot and cold valve. The washer tested good.

We started the dishwasher. The dishwasher ran for 45 minutes and never shut off. No problems found with the dishwasher on the right.

"Not spinning. Found a bad idler pully: replaced pully, vacuumed out dryer and oiled rollers. Runs and heats great now.

Not draining. Found a bad lid Switch. Replaced switch. Runs and drains great now.

Not heating. Found a bad heater assembly. Quoted for new heater. We replaced the heater assembly. Now it heats great. Vacuumed out lint and oiled and cleaned rollers. They will want to get the vent cleaned so that the heater doesnt go bad again.

"LED lights in middle drawer dont work. Had to replace the left one, then it worked. We then installed the old one from the left onto the right side and now both work."

"c4 error on this Samsung washer. Washer is pretty new. When it comes time to add water via the dispenser, the water valve hums but water barely trickles in. We replaced the part. Ran it on a rinse and spin. Then on a regular cycle and it ran great all the way through including dispensing."

"Fresh food and freezer are warm since yesterday. We plugged in the newfi device and put into diagnostic mode. Found 5 days ago temps started going up. 50 to 60 degrees in both compartments. No frost on evaporator. Compressor not running. Tried to make it run, but it just shakes and doesnt run. You can hear the internal part shake. Sealed system issue. Please call customer with quote. Customer complaint unit not finishing cycle tripping. Put unit through test mode. Got a heater code. Went through the cycle completely and seams like the heater was kinda working. Ohmed out from board and was open. Pulled unit out and found the right side was leaking and dripping on the connection. Ended up shorting out the element and plug. I can repair the wire but the heater needs to be replaced. Not just do to the burnt up plug but its leaking. "Customer said unit was not heating the tumble was working. Arrived, cycled and tested found unit not heating. Remove covers and drum. Found the wire going to the heat element burnt, the wire spade was burnt off will need the wire and connector repaired also a new heat element. The complaint is the dryer takes a long time to heat. We found the duct on the back was to long. We cleaned the lint out the dryer and installed a new dryer duct. We recommend that the dryer duct is cleaned right away. The dryer is heating good just has a plugged duct. ; used 1 DUCT-90 (DE904 90 ELBOW) from stock

Drain pump continually runs. So they unplugged the dishwasher and when we pulled it out it was full of water underneath. It had been giving an E1 flood error. We got the water out and plugged back in and then it gave an E2 flow meter error. We found the meter unplugged and plugged it back in. Still gives E2 error. Ordered the board and glow meter assembly. Installed new door light switch. Once installed hooked up smart HQ cleared the codes and tested door switches. Everything now is operating correctly. also customer wanted the door alarm on. We made sure we got that on also.

Installed part from last diagnosis. Once installed tested a rinse and spin went completely though with out issue. Unit is operating correctly now.

Today I replaced the one led module that was out. The light is on and all are working good.

Not baking. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced ignitor and it heats great now.

"Dryer is dead. Ended up finding the hardwired cord that should be supplying 240 to the dryer is dead. One of the two switches at the breaker for the dryer is tripped and wont untrip. They need an electrician to put in a 240 outlet that a 240 plug can connect to. Zero voltage currently coming to the dryer."

"Customer replaced previous belt, for idler pully. Then tried running it again and it would squeal but not agitate or spin. Smelled burning rubber. I ended up taking off the ring and found a sock stuck between the tubs. Removed the sock, was going to test it, but then looked at the belt and realized it was barely holding together by a thread. Showed it to customer, and customer said I could put the old belt back on. I got it back together and ran it, and now it fills, agitates, spins and drains great."

"Installed new drain kit, including insulation, heat probe, temp sensor, and drains. Also sealed a crack in lining and got drain line unplugged."

"Customer complaint is, water on the floor and ice maker doesnt work. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 0F. Found the ice maker has failed and the ice chute is frozen shut because the valve has failed and now its leaking out the back onto the floor. Installed new water valve and ice maker and defrosted fill tube. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water and no more leaks. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, SENSOR COOK DOESNT WORK BUT REGULAR TIME DOES. Inspected and tested. When you use sensor cook, it gives a open steam sensor error. Im ordering a new gas sensor and board. Replaced gas sensor and still giving the error. Installed new board and tested. Microwave is working great and no more errors. Microwave is now fixed."

The complaint is the dishwasher will fill with water but does not wash. We started the dishwasher and it filled with water but when wash motor should kick it in it does not run. We tapped on the back of the wash motor and it kicked on and is running fine.

The complaint was the dishwasher does not dry. I hooked up the diagnostic tool. The fault for no rise of temperature shows up. We ran the heater and it does not come on. We found the heater thermostat was tripped. I found the bracket on the right side that holds the heater is bent down so the heating element was resting on the bottom of the dishwasher tub. I was able to bend the bracket back up and keep the element off the bottom. We ran the circulation test twice and the heating test. Its heating up good and its pumping good. I ran the firmware update and clears all the codes. If it happens again. It will need the heater and bottom thermostat.

The customer said the soap dispenser lid was not shutting. Today its closing good and no issues found with it. She also said the dishes are not drying well. There are no present fault codes. I verified the dishwasher is filling with hot water. I ran the service function test and it all passed and no faults. There was steam rising from the bottom of the sump so it did heat while in the test mode.

Customers complaint not dispensing water still making ice. Verified complaint. No water coming out. We know we have water. I can hear the valve. I removed the water line under the freezer door. Tested and water is coming out. We have a clog. Used my water line buddy with hot water and melted the ice dam. The ice flap door is good and everything looks good. Explained to the customer this I common on these and the GEs recommend using the light on for extra heat. Running water daily will help also.

Giving an F1 E2 error. That is for the motor control unit. Washer doesnt run. Just locks and then flashes the lock light. Put it into test mode and it gave us that error code. Tried to run it and it wont do anything. Found smoke on back of MCU. Went to Dey to get the last one in stock. Came back and installed it and it runs great now.

"Customer complaint is, THE FRONT MIDDLE WILL NOT FLAME ALL AROUND THE BURNER, JUST HALFWAY. Inspected and tested. Found one of the orifices on the front left burner is plugged. Cleaned out orifice and tested. Burner is working great. Range is now fixed."

Customers complaint if she installs the light bulb it flickers. Found she has the correct bulbs its the socket itself is bad. Unit needs a new light socket. Also customer complaint ice cubes getting stuck in shoot. Found the flap is opening and closing properly. Ice going down the shoot. Looks like sometimes the door shuts on the cube and then gets all clogged. Everything is still operating correctly ordering a new socket and rescheduling customer ; ordrng 1 4387478 (Light socket)

"Unit isnt starting. Found that all buttons work besides the start button. Tried to fix the button to see if I could at least get it going till I could get it to work. With that being said. I cannot test other components. Also customer had concerns about the hard water scale inside. I gave some methods to clean it but it hard when it bakes and etches in. Doesnt effect the wash ability. This one is kinda a mess customer states 4 different companies have touched this unit. I start over. Found the drain pump making loud noise. Disassembled the drain pump found glass. Reassemble and tested unit. Found unit leaking from the sump and cabinet it self. Needs a new sump. Also the drain pump motor fins are damaged needs a drain pump alsoNeed sump assembly. Dishwasher just sits and doesnt circulate water. Also fills with water sometimes when not in use. Doesnt appear that the valve is failing. Would have to be some type of plumbing issue. The customer is Getty the TE thermistor error. We tested the thermistor and got a reading of 56 ohms and dc voltage was around 3.6 volts. Today its testing good. I recommend to the customer to replace the thermistor. We are ordering the thermistor. ; ordrd 1 6322FR2046C (THERMISTOR ASSM)

"Not progressing through cycle. Found a bad drain pump. Replaced pump, now it fills, drains, circulates and washes great. When it got down to the final 11 minutes though, it drained out a ton of soap suds and then got stuck at that point. I poured a gallon of water in the tub and let it agitate with oil, and then let it start a new cycle. It drained better. I then let it go through a rinse and spin, and it drained awesome, all the water out at 11 minutes, but then got stuck again. She said this is way further into the cycle than it was getting with the bad drain pump, but its not going all the way. I wanted to keep flushing out all the suds, but she had a work appointment and needed to get going. So we agreed that she would hold off on paying, and she will spend some time flushing water though it this evening and tomorrow, until the washer isnt confused anymore by the suds. "The customer said the dishwasher leaks from the bottom left corner of the door towards the end of the cycle. We found the bottom seal on the door is ripped and the gasket is mushy on the left side. The top user interface panel is cracked and has been glued. While we were hooking the door springs back up we found a lot of black dust on the floor from the wash motor. We ran the dishwasher and found the wash pump motor is also failing. The motor will run and then stop. I needs the wash pump motor, the inner door, door seal and the top user interface panel control. While doing one more inspection we found the grommets around heating element look like they are starting to deteriorate. Its a known issue with this model so we figure its safer to replace it now instead when it leaks. Please get approval and then contact the customer. "Customer said it doesnt agitate or spin. We found a plastic toy peg stuck between agitator plate and outside of washer. Motor does make a sound like slipping sometimes but it spun well for us and agitates well after removing the peg.

Disassembled unit. You have to remove the cabinet it self to do the repair. Once removed swapped out the hoses. Reassembled then tested multiple times for leaks and proper drainage. Unit is working properly now.

"Customer complaint is, INTERMITTENT THE TOP OVEN GIVES ERROR MESSAGE 'ERR'. Inspected and tested. Temperature sensor ohmed out good at the board. Preheated oven and it said it was preheated even though it wasnt hot enough. It finally gave a F10 error after about 30 minutes. I ohmed out the sensor again and now its at 25,000 ohms. The sensor is failing when it gets hot. Customer approved repairs. I went to install new sensor and its bad and ohms out at 539 ohms before I installed it. I found that we carry that sensor with the same plug, so I installed it and tested. Oven is heating great and cycling between 340F and 390F for over 30 minutes. Oven is now fixed.

Installed new part from last diagnosis. Was able to do repair with out removing dishwasher. Once the parts were installed tested and let unit run for 15 minutes no leaks. Unit is working properly now.

Installed compressor from last diagnosis. Once installed pressure and bubble tested to 200 psi. All good. Vacuumed to 225 microns. Filled with 134a. Updated control board. Everything now is operating correctly.

"Dryer not running. Found a bad motor. Replaced motor, vacuumed out dryer and oiled and cleaned rollers. Also replaced rollers with rollers customer purchased. Told them no warranty on rollers. Runs and heats great now.

The customer said the dishwasher would not drain. I started the dishwasher and the drain pump would come on but would not drain. I put my hand in the dishwasher and found the disposal plug was still in there. I knocked the plug out and hooked the drain hose back up. Now it drains good.

Customer said that dryer runs forever (all night) and that it doesnt heat. We found bad coils. We replaced the coils and vacuumed out the lint and cleaned and oiled the rollers. Ran it for 20 minutes on timed dry and it heated the whole time and timer advances. Then ran it on sensor dry and it also heats and advances great.

"Complaint is washer didnt spin out, so clothes were sopping wet. It gave a water supply error (4C). We put it into test mode after checking filter and made sure it was clean. Also, water pressure is good coming into the washer. We ran it through all the tests. Passes all the test. Valves work good. Then we put it on a spin cycle and it spun out great. This happened right around the time that the water softener was fixed. If it happens again, recommend replacing"

Motor drive issues was that main motor shaft was worn out causing the pulley to slipping belt drive and will not go in agitating mode . Install new motor secure pulley and belt driver . Rewired new harness that was sent with new motot. Tested and everything is operational and it works great .

The customer said the dryer does not heat and never shuts off. We verified it does not heat. We took it apart and found the lower heater wire is shorted and the terminal is burnt. We installed a new wire and terminal. The dryer now heats. The air flow is not great so we advised them to have the duct cleaned soon.

"Customer complaint is, BAKE ELEMENT IS SHORTED. Inspected and found the bake element is fried. Installed new bake element and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed."

"Dishwasher hasnt been washing great since they got it three years ago. We put it into test mode and got a Diverter error. Tech support said that can be from a drain line thats not looped up. We looped up the drain line, and reset the PCB, and put it on self clean.

"Customer complaint is, TOP OVEN HAS NO HEAT, BOTTOM ONE IS FINE. Inspected and tested. Found the relay on the board has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new relay board and tested. Both ovens are heating great. Oven is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, not heating. Inspected and tested. Customer had washer and dryer pulled out and dryer was disconnected from the vent. Found the thermal cutoff was open. Customer approved repairs. Installed new high limit kit and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 195F and 120F with vent disconnected and airflow on back of dryer is 34mph. I cant hook vent up to test because its messed up and theres just a hole in the wall. I advised customer to talk to management and get the vent cleaned and hooked back up properly. I attached pictures of the vent situation. Customer called management while I was there and I talked to them and explained that they needed to clean the vent and reattach vent on back of dryer.

"Customer complaint is, BLOWER MOTOR DOES NOT RUN BUT THE LIGHTS COME ON TO INDICATE IT IS. Inspected and tested. Lights work, but no fan. I power cycled vent hood and now its working perfectly. I turned it on and off multiple times and let it run for over 10 minutes and it is working great."

The customer said the microwave will randomly beep and flash SE which is for a shorted key. We replaced the main board.

"Its not cooling at all. We tested the compressor and the suction pressure is ip around 45 psi. The compressor has failed. It need the compressor, drier and the board update. Please contact LG and the compressor. ; snapped 1 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

"The complaint is the door would not open and the f35 fault is on the display. I pressed cancel and the door opened. I then put into a test mode and ran through all the diagnostics. The washer is filling and draining and doing everything else good. The door locks and unlocks. The most recent fault code was f35 pressure fault. The over suds code was stored 4 times. We did find water sitting in the basket when we arrived. The control knob also jumps from cycle to cycle when you turn it, it makes it difficult to select a cycle. It will need the parts listed below. I was unable to find the control assembly. Please research the parts and contact the customer. Nothing has been quoted. The ice maker is making a ton of ice it just wont dispense the ice out the door. We found parts of the dispenser are broken. Ideally it would be better to replace the whole assembly. The bracket and flap bracket are the 2 parts broken. The big bracket is NLA. Please see if we can get the whole assembly that works for this model and then contact the customer. I addd pics to help. "Not spinning. Found it had a bad hall sensor. Changed out the sensor, now it spins and sounds great. Put it through test mode. All functions great.

"Dryer not running and smells like burning. When I got here I pressed start and I could hear the motor humming but it wasnt running, and smelled like burning. I pressed on the drum and it didnt want to rotate at first but then after a slight push it started rotating. I pressed start and it started right up. Then I put 5 big wet bath towels in there and pressed start and let it run for 6 minutes, stopped it, then started it again. Did this a half dozen times and it worked great each time. Called Asko tech support and they said the drum must have gotten out of place by heavier load and that caused the drum to get stuck. Ran it for a good 25 minutes and it continues to run great.

"Taking a long time to pre heat, and also they have to set the temperature higher than the desired temp. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 265 within 5 minutes.

"Customer complaint is, WILL NOT SPIN. Inspected and tested. Found the motor control board is fried. Installed new board and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A LOUD VIBRATING NOISE WHEN STARTING UP. Inspected and tested. I filled, washed and drained dishwasher 4 different times and let it run for over 10 minutes and its working perfectly and not making any noises. I cannot get it to make the noise while testing. When I was here last time, I got it to make the noise once and it was filling when it did. The customer showed me a video of it making the noise and it sounded like it was washing. If I cant get it to make the noise, Im not going to be able to pinpoint were its coming from. Customer is just going to use as is for now and I advised him on paying attention to what part of the cycle its in when it makes the noise."

"Customer complaint is, unit will not stay cold. Customer said its staying cold, just not displaying the temperature on the display. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 38F and freezer is 2F. Found the UI display is unresponsive and no display lights. Ordering new display board and main board. Installed new UI and still unresponsive. Installed main board and now its working great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, SMALL LEAK. Inspected and tested. Found the gravity drain hose that comes off the drain pump housing has wore a hole in it. I cut 3inches off and put the plug back in. Tested and no more leaks. Washer is now fixed."

The customer said the dryer takes longer to dry. I took a heat test on high. The high temp gets up to 180 and cycled on and off. The air flow outside was 8 mph. I found the duct behind the dryer was restricted. I straightened the duct and now the air flow is around 15 mph.

Customer getting LE code and not spinning. Verified complaint. Unit just does some shakes but never tumbles. Disassembled the back to get to stator and hall sensor. Stator tested good. Found the hall sensor wasnt reading. Installed part then tested multiple times. Unit is spinning now properly.

"Customer complaint is, BEARING NOISE AND GRINDING NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the right rear roller has failed and the rest of them are covered in hair and are seizing up. Customer approved repairs. Installed all 6 new rollers and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customers complaint not cleaning properly. He is getting white scale on dishes. Did hardwater test. Explained he has hard water. Recommended using special dishsoap for that. Also customer had extreme amount of suds. Explained about soap. And it can effect a lot of things. Once I got the soap cleared, unit is working properly.

The complaint was the dishwasher is leaking. When I arrived I found the dishwasher had been worked on and the drain hose was not hooked up and it was not plugged it. I plugged it back and and hooked the drain line back up so I could run the dishwasher. I found water leaking from the back of the sump motor. I gave the customer the quote for the repair. I replaced the sump motor and cleaned out the inside of the dishwasher. I ran it again and now it does not leak.

Replaced bad control board. Compressor immediately started running. Started cooling down. Working great now.

"Door gasket was falling off of fresh food section. Owner purchased new gasket from Dey, but new gasket didnt stay in either. Channel around door is expanded. We tried steaming the gasket and also using a heat gun on the gasket, carefully, but door gasket falls out still. Ended up cleaning silicone off of channel and used a special 3m glue. It will set for the next 8 hours, and totally set after 24 hours. We taped the door shut to keep it compressed and tight.

Installed compressor. last one was bad. once installed, pressure vacuum tested. Filled and is cooling. No error codes and sounds good.

We found water and ice leaking from the ice maker mold. When we ran the ice maker it filled and water leaked out the back. We pulled the ice maker out and put it back in and then ran it again. Now its not leaking down. We defrosted ice all around the bottom and around the fan. The eC 24 code is still present but its cooling fine and defrosting fine. Ec24; saved tckt

Customer complaint not always draining and f11 code. Found the the drain hose was linked right where it hooked up to the sink removed the part that was kinking and attached drain hose directly to the drain. Tested unit and it drains great. Im still getting the F11 code. I dont get service in the house. Techline walked me through and found the pressure switch is testing bad which makes sense. Its drained but thinks its still full. Let customer know diagnosis. Let customer know we will call with quote. Got the price of the part after I left customers house.. LVM for customer going over blue book quote. "The complaint is the freezer side is not cooling but the fresh food side is cooling ok. Both compressors have valves on them and both of the filter driers have been replace and have valves. The left side freezer compressor will try to start but when it comes on it just hums and buzzes. I put on a different start relay to see if it would start. The compressor still just hums and buzzes. I put the gauges on the suction side, the suction pressure with the compressor or running is around 75 psi. We pressurized with 200 psi of nitrogen. The pressure is holding so the freezer side does not have a leak. The freezer side just needs a new compressor. We did the same checks on the fresh food side. The fresh food pressures are also reading good. The customer did say the fresh food temp has gone up and down. I tested the fresh food side cold control thermostat and found its not working well. It took a long time for the thermostat to kick it back on. So the unit will need the freezer compressor and the fresh food cold control thermostat.
