Replaced ice maker and water valve. Tested and informed customer that it could take up to 24 hours to make ice. Refrigerator doors are even and is working good.

Water drips pretty bad from water dispenser every time you dispense water. No reverse osmosis. Filter change doesnt change anything. Checked water line where it dispenses and saw calcium build up. Cleaned that up with a pick. Took dispenser housing apart and saw waterline was tilted in a way that caused water to spray forward and then build up around it and drip. Adjusted it so it sprays straight down now. No drips now. Customer tried it out. Much better.

Replaced bad board. Bakes great now.

"Found that igniter is weak and not turning on gas to heat oven. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is heating and working good.

Customer complaint was the drawer was not shutting correctly. Was able to put drawer back on track correctly and the drawer now shuts as it should.

Ran test and appears that the filter was not locked. I showed customer to do half turn to lock it in place. Cleaned out arms. Tested and dishwasher is running quiet and all functions are working good. Customer will call back if problem persists.

Replaced bad dispenser and hinge cables. Fixed plastic on back where it broke.

Customer said they got the washer over the summer.Tub is not balanced. Customer said that she was washing comforter and went out of balance. I found that the wash ring was lodged underneath back lip of chassis. I dislodged tub and now is even. I explained to use correct cycle for the load that is being washed and to wash multiple items so that washer can more easily balance. Also since its still under manufacture warranty customer will contact them first.

Replaced bad latch. Works great now.

"The customer said it stopped cooling. I verified its warm in both section. Checked the pressures and the found the one side was low. Removed the lower drawers and checked the evaporator for leaks used the light and glasses, found no leaks. Found the high schrader valve stem leaking. Added nitrogen, found no leaks, pulled vacuum added refrigerant. Put covers and drawers back. Tested and made sure the fan were running."

Today we removed the dishwasher and replaced the sump assembly. We reinstalled the dishwasher and hooked it all back up. We ran the dishwasher and found no issues.

Replaced bad latch. Works great now.

Replaced bad door boot. Works great now.

"Customer complaint is, PUMP ASSEMBLY IS CRACKED. Inspected and tested. Found someone had just put a hose clamp on the circulation pump and it was falling off and dumping water out the bottom onto the floor. I installed a new ear pinch clamp and reassembled. Tested and no more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Customer complaint not heating. On arrival customer started a test cycle through service mode. It finished right when I arrived. The heater was running and operating. We started cycle on its own to test if its only working in test mode or not. Not waiting the whole 3 hours to finish cycle. Was heating properly for high temp wash. I think unit just needed to be reset. Customer will run a few cycles and let us know.

Installed new mag from last diagnosis. Once installed tested. Now its heating properly. Reassembled and reinstalled microwave. Tested again its heating properly. There is some rattle noise removed and inspect. The casing it self is doing it. Everything is the tight as possible. Nothing I can do for that little rattle noise. Unit is heating properly and operating correctly.

"Dishwasher making a sound on 60 minute cycle. I ran it and when it started making the sound the customer said thats the sound. Its just the sound of water hitting the door, from the top sprayer. Customer understands now. Nothing is wrong."

Replaced bad ui board and display cover. Works great now.

Found that gas coils are bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced coils and cleaned out lint. Tested and dryer is tumbling and heating. Dryer is working good.

"Customer complaint is, IT STOPPED IN MID CYCLE, LITTLE WATER IN THE BOTTOM. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump was just humming, then it started chattering and then drained the water out. I ran washer through test mode and everything else worked perfectly. I removed the drain pump and found the impeller is loose and wore out. Quoted customer $436. to install new drain pump. Customer approved repairs. Part on order. ; ordrd 1 W10536347 (Drain pump)"

"Door not staying shut. Found the door striker spring is busted. Needs door assembly. Please reorder DE94-04312A. Customer is also wondering about the casing being wrapped and concerned it wont go back in. Customer thinks its from the heat. "Customers complaint loud humming/vibrating noise started in freezer Thursday. Used the setting to turn off ice maker. Did not help. Unplugged for 5 minutes. When plugged back in, noise had stopped. Friday, the door read Sy Ef and neither fridge or freezer is working. On arrival the fridge is warm. The freezer is more like a fridge. Unit giving the error code for a bad evaporator fan. Disassembled to test fan. Found getting voltage to the fan the motor has seized. Quoted blue book. Customer was in meeting. Txt quote. Waiting on customer reply; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint, the dish washer is leaking. Checked unit out found the grommets or gaskets around the heater element are causing the leak. Needs pt# W11537778Also may need the wash pump assembly from water leaking down on to the motor. Pump and motor assembly W11460945. Pleas get approval and order both parts. The customer showed us that the seal on the bottom of the door is also pulling off. I added pictures. Please also order the bottom door seal. Door seal W11664713. "Evaporator cover still frozen. I tried to use steamer to pull it off and styrofoam is breaking and cracking. Will need to reschedule and refrigerator will need to be defrosted and thawed completely. Or order evaporator cover and charge extra DA97-07190FIf i try to pull it off anymore all the styrofoam will be broke and then will need to be replaced.Do we order evaporator cover DA97-07190F? I dont want to keep coming back over and over. Customer said that he defrosted it for several days but then plugged it back in he said recently. Refrigerator making loud vibrating noise when calling for water. I asked if water filter was changed recently and they had done that. I took out filter and installed new filter that had and no longer making noise when calling for water. I showed customer and it was bad filter. I informed csutomer for that noise to check filter first to make sure it's in tight and in some case a new filter could be bad.Refrigerator is working and is quiet when calling for water. Refrigerator is working good.

Customer said that refrigerator was making a lot of noise during summer and has it unplugged for a month or two. I found that the freezer door seal is not sealing all the way around due to refrigerator being in garage the floor is slanted and the refrigerator cabinet twist to their the seal is not sealing. I can lift side of fridge and then door will seal. I showed customer and used some shelving customer had laying around and that helped seal but not perfect. Customer will adjust it and i used heat gun to seal. Now that it is sealing customer will test it and make sure food is staying frozen and cold. Customer will call back if problems persists.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING DURING THE CYCLE. Customer also said its been stopping and beeping in the middle of a cycle. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing, but the upper spray arm is hitting the rack. Found that the conduit is not installed correctly. I installed the conduit correctly and tested. I ran dishwasher for over 25 minutes and it was working perfectly and not leaking. I inspected underneath and its dry. Im assuming it was leaking from the door, but not sure because I didnt see it leak."

Customer complaint was the unit is loose and not staying in place. Removed old glue holding the top of the unit in place. Installed 2 side mount brackets.

"Customer complaint is, HEATING BUT THE DRUM NOT SPINNING. Inspected and tested. Found the belt is broken. Customer approved repairs. Installed new belt and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Also found the vent wasnt connected to the back of the dryer. Reattached vent and tested. Dryer is working great and heat is cycling between 190F and 100F. Dryer is now fixed."

Customers complaint is right rear burner not always turning on igniters. Customer and I tried to have the problem happen to us but didnt see much. I've seen a little delay maybe in the right rear. Cleaned all the igniters. Removed the knobs. Made sure the switches are tight everything was a little loose. Reinstalled knobs. Tested. Everything working properly.

The cables broke that run along the bottom drawer. Beko says to cut those. I snipped them and explained thats what were supposed to do. All good now.

"Upper and lower not draining at all. Took both apart and couldnt find restrictions in either but then found a restriction where the drain line connects to the pipe under the sink. Sucked a few gallons of water through that, and it still doesnt drain. The drain line comes in under the sink and isnt a legit drain line. Cant access it from basement either. Told customer that they will need to have a legit drain line installed, and that the elbow is going to cause a lot of issues. To do that they would need to remove ceiling tile in basement."

"Takes a long time to ignite, and its been tripping the breaker. The last 6 times they used this appliance and put it on bake, it tripped the breaker 4 times, each time within the first few minutes. Replaced bake ignitor and tested 6 times, each time it heats up and doesnt trip breaker.

"Making grinding sound. Found some small debris inside blower housing. Also Found that the balancing legs are uneven causing the blower cover to rub against the blower wheel. Adjusted legs and adjusted the bower housing. Legs are tight and secure. No longer hitting the fan blade. Tested and dryer is quiet, heating and working good.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A NOISE, STOPS MID CYCLE WITH A 'BE' ERROR CODE HAVE TO RESTART TO OPERATE. Inspected and tested. Found the filter has never been cleaned and is plugged and the circulation pump is squealing. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher sounds great and no error codes. Dishwasher is now fixed. I showed customer how to clean the filter and advised on cleaning regularly."

"In the past 2 weeks the veggies (Caesar salad for example) have frozen 6 times in the crisper drawer. I plugged in the newfi and tested dampers and fans and all work great. I did see that a couple days ago which is the last time this happened, the damper door opened for 17 minutes, and immediately after that 20 minutes and 20 minutes. The temps stayed between 38 and 40 the past week in the drawer but with the damper open that long, it would naturally start to freeze things. The customer said he will ask his wife and daughter to not hold doors open so long, to try and prevent the fridge from then keeping dampers open longer in response. He also is turning temp up to 38 now in ff section. It was at 37. Everything is checking out good."

Installed board from last diagnosis. Once installed tested let unit go through test mode then started a cycle. Everything is operating properly with out any errors.

Customer complaint was the washer leaking water. Removed covers checked for leaks. Ran diagnostics testing for leaks. Found no leaks out of the machine. Put covers back on ran unit again checking for leaks. The suspected issue was either the drain hose came out of the drain on the wall or there was a lot of soap suds while running it on the cycles. Zip tied the drain hose back in place.

"Customer complaint was the rear condenser fan not working, arrived part was already shipped. Installed new fan. The customer will hook up the ice maker at a later date."

"Customer complaint was the lower freezer drawer would not open all the way. Used hairdryer on both tracks, lubed up. Cycled and test the drawer opens smoothly with no issues"

Started over. Installed compressor drier, 3way valve, and condenser. Once installed, pressured tested. Held pressure for 5 min. Vacuumed unit. Held for 10 min. Filled with 69g of Freon. Put unit in tested mode ran unit for 15 minutes no issues. Unplugged unit reinstalled back into location reinstalled doors fired up wont start the compressor. Makes terrible noise. Re did the vacuum. Unit runs fine. Filled. With 69 grams. Tested. Wont start. Installed inverter unit started up and is running. Let unit run for 20 minutes. The evap terms have drop from 20 to 30 degrees. Unit is running properly

I hooked up SmartHQ and found an evaporator thermistor error. Quoted customer $542. to install new thermistor and mullion. Customer approved repairs. Parts on order. I need 2 hours on my return trip. "Had a burnt wire connected between microwave and oven. Uninstalled microwave, spliced in new wire connector, and installed new magnetron. Still not heating. Needs new transformer. Please see if AHS will approve WB27X10189. ; O-emld tckt"

"The microwave does not heat at all. We tested the components and found the magnentron is bad. This unit is built by whirlpool. Part # is 2m248j unable to locate part, please follow up with the customer ; snapped 3 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

"The customer informed me that an F1 alarm was showing, indicating that the control or keypad is compromised. Additionally, they mentioned that the heat element for the oven stays on forever, and disconnecting it resolves the issue. I also noticed that the main keypad for the bake function is malfunctioning and does not operate properly compared to the others. I checked the heating elements and broil resistance, and there were no issues.I observed some kind of cleaning liquid residue inside the housing, which may have caused witness marks and potentially shorted the light bulb and the speed fan. Unfortunately, I couldn't test the fan and light due to the main control User Interface (U/I) not functioning properly. The cook burners work fine, so the customer will continue using the unit without the oven.Please provide a quote for the following parts and labor needs follow up :Control board with keypad must order .Potential needed Fan and light.; saved tckt"

Customer is having two different issues. One it gets way to hot another will stop and have to hit the side and will go again. Took temp reading was heating up to 230 degree removed the vent only getting up to 190 now. The vent is clogged. Cleared vent now heating properly. Still will randomly stop. Tap the sides or give a boost it started right up. Will need new motor. Also found the start button doesnt always read and the temp select. "As soon as I walked into the apartment the power was shut off to the building, so i couldnt fully diagnose. But I did teat the bake element and is 16 ohms which tells me that is good. So im guessing that the control board is bad but without power I cant be %100 but if I have to come back, order that part.I called owner and informer her of situation and based on bake element being good i quoted her on the control board and owner approved. "While troubleshooting the range during service, I noticed that the labels for the Model/Serial are scratched off. The range oven will not turn on, and I observed that I get 120 volts for the igniter connector, which checks fine. However, the resistance for the connector checks 'OL,' indicating that the resistance sending the signal to open the gas valve is not responding. As a result, the oven will not turn on the gas, and the ignitor will not glow.To fix this issue, we will need either a complete gas valve or just the connector for the gas valve. Unfortunately, I was not able to provide a quote to the customer due to the information being scratched off. Please, team, look for the necessary parts, and there are pictures available for reference.; saved tckt"

"The customer said the ice maker will fill with water but sometimes the water does not shut off and keeps filling. I found the ice bucket had a lot of ice in it and the ice maker had frozen ice in it. The customer said when it acts up the ice maker will over fill and water will leak down over the food and then leak out the door. We turned the ice maker back on. The heater came on to warm the ice and the module started to turn. After a few minutes the heater shut off and the ice maker stopped cycling. The ice did not dispense from the ice maker. The ice maker is faulty. We replaced the ice maker. We ran the harvest test, the ice maker cycled but did not fill. We tested the ice maker solenoid and its open again. The ice maker must be shorting out the ice solenoid. We have to order another water valve assembly. The customer said when the water pooled in the floor it leaking into the basement and left stains on the ceiling. I added pictures of everything. ; used 1 WPW10190965 (ICEMAKER) from stock, ordrd 1 W10408179 (Water valve)"

Received wrong inverter. Went to install numbers didnt match. Called tech line. The said we need to get one listed below ordered from Marcone and rescheduled. inverter. 4365120600; ordrng 1 4365120600 (Inverter)

"Valve broke and water kept coming into dishwasher. They shut off their main. I installed our water valve and now it works great. Also found a little leak from waterline connection, I used special sealant and it no longer leaks.

"The customer said the dishwasher was working but acting like it does not have enough water. I checked for faults and the only one is for the stuck float 6-4The float is good and not stuck. I removed the water valve again and made sure the screen is not plugged. The water supply hose is clear and the water valve screen is clear. I hooked it all back up and ran the dishwasher. It sounds better and it did fill a cup up on the top rack. Water is above the heating element, check picture. I removed the filter basket and that was plugged up. I cleaned the basket.

"The machine was intermittent, and I found that the water valve for cold was bad. Additionally, the main control board was intermittent, and I calibrated the User Interface (U/I). After installing the cold water valve the machine is back in operation.

The back of the ice bucket is broken. The part in the bucket that connects to the auger yoke is broken. It just needs an ice bucket. I advised the customer the bucket it not covered. The customer will buy a new bucket for it and install it themselves. The ice flap opens and the auger motor works. The customer had dumped all the ice out so I had none to test will.

When the dryer starts it squeals. I removed the belt and then spun the drum. The rollers are quiet. I replaced the idler assembly and oiled the other rollers. It all sounds good now.

"Found that the lid switch is broken and washer wont advance into spin. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch, tested and washer now fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

"Customer complaint is, SOUNDS TERRIBLE WHEN TUMBLING. Customer said its squealing. Inspected and tested. With dryer empty it sounds good. I disassembled dryer and inspected idler pulley and rollers and nothing was visible failed. Idler pulley looked great and rollers have hair wrapped around them. I removed all 4 rollers and cleaned them up and oiled and reassembled. Tested with a large load of clothes that customer had in washer and it sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Hasnt been heating. Found when customer set it to run that he is setting it to an air fluff. I put it on regular timed dry and it heats up great. Also checked air flow outside, and its 18 mph. I did a vent cleaning for them and now its 32. Got a ton of lint out."

"Customer complaint is, RIGHT FF DOOR WAS DAMAGED. Installed new right FF door and emblem supplied by LG. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Found that the ice maker is leaking down back wall and water/ice would collect on evaporator fan and then fan would hit the ice making the noise. Customer approved estimate. I replaced ice maker and added tape on the ice water fill tube to prevent splash over. Tested ice maker cycles and fills and no leaks.

"I installed a brand new motor and blower wheel. After putting it back together, the machine works perfectly and went through all the dry cycles with no issues."

Tapped into the system and got static pressure of 55psi looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 150 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly

"Customer complaint is, TRIPS THE BREAKER WHEN EVER AN OVEN(TOP OR BOTTOM OVEN) CYCLE STARTS, GAS OVEN. Customer said its for sure tripping when they use the top oven and wasnt sure if they tried the bottom one by itself. Customer also said its running just fine when he ran an extension cord to the other room. Inspected and tested. I tried the lower oven and it ignited and started heating. I removed the top oven panel and inspected the ignitor and flame spreader and they looked good. I started top oven with it disassembled and it ignited. I reassembled and tested and breaker tripped a few minutes in. Customer reset breaker and I tried again and it tripped right away. All of the kitchen outlets are on the same breaker. The refrigerator, a mini refrigerator and coffee pot are all on the same circuit as the range. Customer unplugged everything else on the circuit and we tried again and both ovens preheated and did not trip the breaker. Looks like the issue is with something else on the circuit, or its just overloaded. I advise customer that the refrigerator and range should be on their own circuit and to look into changing it.

Lid lock not latching and wont advance cycle. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid lock kit and did a firmware software update. Tested and washer now locks and advances cycle. Washer is working good.

Today I replaced all the boards in the whole unit. I plugged it back in and its cooling.

"The machine is hardwired, and upon testing, the power is at 0.63 volts, which is below the manufacturer's specifications. To further troubleshoot the system, we need to re-establish electrical power.

"I cleaned up the main blower housing. Additionally, I noticed that the main power was lower than 120 volts. To function properly and meet the manufacturer's expectations, it should be at 240 volts. It appears that the customer has a blown main fuse. After fixing the fuse, it should work. If the issues persist, a follow-up will be necessary.I removed the back cover and checked all electrical components for potential shorts. I found nothing out of the ordinary, including the thermostat, thermistor, fuse, and heating element"

The upper rack does not pull out. I found a clip for the left rack adjuster was loose and hanging up on the rack. I fixed the clip and a couple other things.

The dryer does not heat at all. I removed the back cover and tested the heating element. The element is bad. I quoted for the repair then replaced the element. Now the dryer is heating good. The air flow tested good.

"Customer complaint is, THE COMPRESSOR WAS SHORT CYCLING NOW LIGHTS INSIDE OK, OUTSIDE LIGHTS NOT AND NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is room temperature and nothing is running but the lights are on. The display just flashes when you press buttons and beeps when you press the dispenser paddle. The main board has failed. Also the right FF door gasket is ripping. Quoted customer $786. to install new board part number WPW10310240 and right FF door gasket part number W10830055. "EA150 error when in self test mode. But they have never seen that error. The fridge has a water filter bypass and is on RO. The Icemaker, after I replaced it they let it fill all the way to top of bucket and then have just been always using ice thats on the top. A few weeks ago they got a warm fridge temps error. Temps have always been good otherwise. The original ice the icemaker made a couple months ago froze together on the bottom at some point but you can see they were fully formed cubes. I called thermador but theyre closed today. Told customer we will follow up with thermador and see what they say, and we will call them back on Monday. Unit not cooling. Customer said one day it was warm next day is completely warm. Everything is operating fans compressor. Put in test mode. Defrost working properly. Cooling test. As i got here the refrigerator was not running but had lights. I saw that on the user interface that it showed cooling off which means that the customer must of accidentally turned off cooling. I showed customer which two buttons to push to turn on/off the cooling of the refrigerator. I also showed customer which button locks out the user interface so that kids cant push buttons.Customer said that it hasnt been making ice well for awhile. I ran test and ice maker cycles and fills. I showed customer how to turn on/off ice maker and as im here it is working good.Refrigerator is running and cooling after I turned back on the refrigerator from the user interface.. "Found that there was inconsistent power going to wash motor. Getting 75v and motor is pulsating due to half power. 120v going to board, control board would need to be replaced.No answer when i call contact for autho. "Last two weeks has not been spinning on the final spin. I put it into service mode and the only error is F5E2, door lock. In service mode the door lock locks fine. Tested all components in service mode and all components work fine. Put two towels in it and ran it on a quick wash and then a drain and spin and it went through fine. Then added three more towels and did 10 minutes of a quick wash and then a drain and spin and it went all the way through. Not sure how to proceed. Whirlpool says if it goes all the way through test mode its fine. #1 part replaced on it is the ACU for this issue. Please submit for authorization and see what the warranty says. "Getting F2E2 error which means no response from UI but when im testing it every button seems like it responds. Need to order UI. But when i look up part it shows the console panel assembly (which should come with UI board) shows it is much less $ than just ordering the UI, so that makes me skeptical if the assembly part comes with the UI. Also order control board incase but quote for the UI part.Please check and see if the panel assembly comes with the UI board otherwise just order UI board and control board. "Customer complaint is, DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY OR STAY SHUT DURING CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Found the door latch was flipped in the closed position. Ordering new door latch kit. ; ordrd 1 5304525218 (Door latch)"

Unit wont heat and loud. Removed microwave from wall. Disassembled and found a bad magnetron. We preorder mag but came damaged. Needs magnetron 6324W1A001L; schdld next appmnt for 11/28 TUE !

Found that the the lint burned and singed the wires and likely caused short to trip beaker. Cleaned out inside dryer of lint and checked wires. While doing that I found that the heating element is shorted to ground. Heating element will need to be replaced.When i check part it shows NLA? Please look into this model and ensure that right part number and call customer with estimate. I called and let contact know and to also clean out vent I told him that office would follow up with him.D518199 heating element.; saved tckt

"Out of balance, water accessible, locked rotor monitor, door switch redundancy, ui time out, inverter fault. Those were the errors. To put on a spin test, with power off hold down start button and turn dial seven clicks to right. Then after it is in test mode do test 26. Called GE tech support and they had me take the belt off the motor, and run it on a spin test. It still sounds horrible when the motor is running so it has a bad motor, not a bad tub and seal. Needs a new motor. Part WH03X29524. Please submit for authorization. ; O-emld tckt"

Customers complaint giving error code and wont start. The error its giving is for the door lock. Getting correcte voltage to the latch. Will need new latch. Disassembled latch to see if I could rebuild it no luck. Quoted blue book for lock and rescheduled. ; ordrng 1 8183270 (LATCH - DOOR)

"Customers complaint not heating but tumbling. Verified complaint watched for the igniter to start glowing never did . Disassembled front of unit, tested igniter and found it was open leading bad. Quoted bluebook for new igniter. Customer approved installed new igniter also cleaned up inside of unit for customer reassembled unit then tested to make sure it was operating correctly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT CLEANING. Inspected and tested. Found the filter was plugged solid. I cleaned out filter and ran dishwasher through a service diagnostics cycle and everything worked great and the heater is working and there's good water pressure. I advised customer to clean filter regularly and to run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher."

Unit not drying. First accessed board and tested from the board the heater circuit. It was open. Next checked thermostat. That was good next checked the heater element reading open. Needs new element. Quoted blue book. Installed part. Tested and ran unit for over 10 min no leaks. Customer wants toe kick left off they have had water trouble before and want to make sure. I told them also about getting water sensors. Reassembled and reinstalled tested again working great.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the magnetron has failed. Installed new magnetron and tested. Microwave is heating great. Microwave is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, DOOR DOES NOT SHUT COMPLETELY AND AS A RESULT THE DISHWASHER WILL NOT START. Inspected and tested. Door switch is not reading door as closed. Installed new door opening module and latch that was shipped to the customer. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element was burnt out. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 235F and 130F on high heat. Dryer is now fixed. I recommended customer have vent cleaned asap.
