"Making grinding sound. Found some small debris inside blower housing. Also Found that the balancing legs are uneven causing the blower cover to rub against the blower wheel. Adjusted legs and adjusted the bower housing. Legs are tight and secure. No longer hitting the fan blade. Tested and dryer is quiet, heating and working good.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A NOISE, STOPS MID CYCLE WITH A 'BE' ERROR CODE HAVE TO RESTART TO OPERATE. Inspected and tested. Found the filter has never been cleaned and is plugged and the circulation pump is squealing. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher sounds great and no error codes. Dishwasher is now fixed. I showed customer how to clean the filter and advised on cleaning regularly."

"In the past 2 weeks the veggies (Caesar salad for example) have frozen 6 times in the crisper drawer. I plugged in the newfi and tested dampers and fans and all work great. I did see that a couple days ago which is the last time this happened, the damper door opened for 17 minutes, and immediately after that 20 minutes and 20 minutes. The temps stayed between 38 and 40 the past week in the drawer but with the damper open that long, it would naturally start to freeze things. The customer said he will ask his wife and daughter to not hold doors open so long, to try and prevent the fridge from then keeping dampers open longer in response. He also is turning temp up to 38 now in ff section. It was at 37. Everything is checking out good."

Installed board from last diagnosis. Once installed tested let unit go through test mode then started a cycle. Everything is operating properly with out any errors.

Customer complaint was the washer leaking water. Removed covers checked for leaks. Ran diagnostics testing for leaks. Found no leaks out of the machine. Put covers back on ran unit again checking for leaks. The suspected issue was either the drain hose came out of the drain on the wall or there was a lot of soap suds while running it on the cycles. Zip tied the drain hose back in place.

"Customer complaint was the rear condenser fan not working, arrived part was already shipped. Installed new fan. The customer will hook up the ice maker at a later date."

Started over. Installed compressor drier, 3way valve, and condenser. Once installed, pressured tested. Held pressure for 5 min. Vacuumed unit. Held for 10 min. Filled with 69g of Freon. Put unit in tested mode ran unit for 15 minutes no issues. Unplugged unit reinstalled back into location reinstalled doors fired up wont start the compressor. Makes terrible noise. Re did the vacuum. Unit runs fine. Filled. With 69 grams. Tested. Wont start. Installed inverter unit started up and is running. Let unit run for 20 minutes. The evap terms have drop from 20 to 30 degrees. Unit is running properly

"The microwave does not heat at all. We tested the components and found the magnentron is bad. This unit is built by whirlpool. Part # is 2m248j unable to locate part, please follow up with the customer ; snapped 3 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

"The customer informed me that an F1 alarm was showing, indicating that the control or keypad is compromised. Additionally, they mentioned that the heat element for the oven stays on forever, and disconnecting it resolves the issue. I also noticed that the main keypad for the bake function is malfunctioning and does not operate properly compared to the others. I checked the heating elements and broil resistance, and there were no issues.I observed some kind of cleaning liquid residue inside the housing, which may have caused witness marks and potentially shorted the light bulb and the speed fan. Unfortunately, I couldn't test the fan and light due to the main control User Interface (U/I) not functioning properly. Customer is having two different issues. One it gets way to hot another will stop and have to hit the side and will go again. Took temp reading was heating up to 230 degree removed the vent only getting up to 190 now. The vent is clogged. Cleared vent now heating properly. Still will randomly stop. Tap the sides or give a boost it started right up. Will need new motor. Also found the start button doesnt always read and the temp select. "As soon as I walked into the apartment the power was shut off to the building, so i couldnt fully diagnose. But I did teat the bake element and is 16 ohms which tells me that is good. So im guessing that the control board is bad but without power I cant be %100 but if I have to come back, order that part.I called owner and informer her of situation and based on bake element being good i quoted her on the control board and owner approved. "While troubleshooting the range during service, I noticed that the labels for the Model/Serial are scratched off. The range oven will not turn on, and I observed that I get 120 volts for the igniter connector, which checks fine. However, the resistance for the connector checks 'OL,' indicating that the resistance sending the signal to open the gas valve is not responding. As a result, the oven will not turn on the gas, and the ignitor will not glow.To fix this issue, we will need either a complete gas valve or just the connector for the gas valve. Unfortunately, I was not able to provide a quote to the customer due to the information being scratched off. Please, team, look for the necessary parts, and there are pictures available for reference.; saved tckt"

"The customer said the ice maker will fill with water but sometimes the water does not shut off and keeps filling. I found the ice bucket had a lot of ice in it and the ice maker had frozen ice in it. The customer said when it acts up the ice maker will over fill and water will leak down over the food and then leak out the door. We turned the ice maker back on. The heater came on to warm the ice and the module started to turn. After a few minutes the heater shut off and the ice maker stopped cycling. The ice did not dispense from the ice maker. The ice maker is faulty. We replaced the ice maker. We ran the harvest test, the ice maker cycled but did not fill. We tested the ice maker solenoid and its open again. The ice maker must be shorting out the ice solenoid. We have to order another water valve assembly. The customer said when the water pooled in the floor it leaking into the basement and left stains on the ceiling. Received wrong inverter. Went to install numbers didnt match. Called tech line. The said we need to get one listed below ordered from Marcone and rescheduled. inverter. 4365120600; ordrng 1 4365120600 (Inverter)

"Valve broke and water kept coming into dishwasher. They shut off their main. I installed our water valve and now it works great. Also found a little leak from waterline connection, I used special sealant and it no longer leaks.

"The customer said the dishwasher was working but acting like it does not have enough water. I checked for faults and the only one is for the stuck float 6-4The float is good and not stuck. I removed the water valve again and made sure the screen is not plugged. The water supply hose is clear and the water valve screen is clear. I hooked it all back up and ran the dishwasher. It sounds better and it did fill a cup up on the top rack. Water is above the heating element, check picture. I removed the filter basket and that was plugged up. I cleaned the basket.

"The machine was intermittent, and I found that the water valve for cold was bad. Additionally, the main control board was intermittent, and I calibrated the User Interface (U/I). After installing the cold water valve the machine is back in operation.

The back of the ice bucket is broken. The part in the bucket that connects to the auger yoke is broken. It just needs an ice bucket. I advised the customer the bucket it not covered. The customer will buy a new bucket for it and install it themselves. The ice flap opens and the auger motor works. The customer had dumped all the ice out so I had none to test will.

When the dryer starts it squeals. I removed the belt and then spun the drum. The rollers are quiet. I replaced the idler assembly and oiled the other rollers. It all sounds good now.

"Found that the lid switch is broken and washer wont advance into spin. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch, tested and washer now fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

"Customer complaint is, SOUNDS TERRIBLE WHEN TUMBLING. Customer said its squealing. Inspected and tested. With dryer empty it sounds good. I disassembled dryer and inspected idler pulley and rollers and nothing was visible failed. Idler pulley looked great and rollers have hair wrapped around them. I removed all 4 rollers and cleaned them up and oiled and reassembled. Tested with a large load of clothes that customer had in washer and it sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Hasnt been heating. Found when customer set it to run that he is setting it to an air fluff. I put it on regular timed dry and it heats up great. Also checked air flow outside, and its 18 mph. I did a vent cleaning for them and now its 32. Got a ton of lint out."

"Customer complaint is, RIGHT FF DOOR WAS DAMAGED. Installed new right FF door and emblem supplied by LG. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Found that the ice maker is leaking down back wall and water/ice would collect on evaporator fan and then fan would hit the ice making the noise. Customer approved estimate. I replaced ice maker and added tape on the ice water fill tube to prevent splash over. Tested ice maker cycles and fills and no leaks.

"I installed a brand new motor and blower wheel. After putting it back together, the machine works perfectly and went through all the dry cycles with no issues."

Tapped into the system and got static pressure of 55psi looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 150 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly

"Customer complaint is, TRIPS THE BREAKER WHEN EVER AN OVEN(TOP OR BOTTOM OVEN) CYCLE STARTS, GAS OVEN. Customer said its for sure tripping when they use the top oven and wasnt sure if they tried the bottom one by itself. Customer also said its running just fine when he ran an extension cord to the other room. Inspected and tested. I tried the lower oven and it ignited and started heating. I removed the top oven panel and inspected the ignitor and flame spreader and they looked good. I started top oven with it disassembled and it ignited. I reassembled and tested and breaker tripped a few minutes in. Customer reset breaker and I tried again and it tripped right away. All of the kitchen outlets are on the same breaker. The refrigerator, a mini refrigerator and coffee pot are all on the same circuit as the range. Customer unplugged everything else on the circuit and we tried again and both ovens preheated and did not trip the breaker. Looks like the issue is with something else on the circuit, or its just overloaded. I advise customer that the refrigerator and range should be on their own circuit and to look into changing it.

Lid lock not latching and wont advance cycle. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid lock kit and did a firmware software update. Tested and washer now locks and advances cycle. Washer is working good.

Today I replaced all the boards in the whole unit. I plugged it back in and its cooling.

"The machine is hardwired, and upon testing, the power is at 0.63 volts, which is below the manufacturer's specifications. To further troubleshoot the system, we need to re-establish electrical power.

"I cleaned up the main blower housing. Additionally, I noticed that the main power was lower than 120 volts. To function properly and meet the manufacturer's expectations, it should be at 240 volts. It appears that the customer has a blown main fuse. After fixing the fuse, it should work. If the issues persist, a follow-up will be necessary.I removed the back cover and checked all electrical components for potential shorts. I found nothing out of the ordinary, including the thermostat, thermistor, fuse, and heating element"

The upper rack does not pull out. I found a clip for the left rack adjuster was loose and hanging up on the rack. I fixed the clip and a couple other things.

The dryer does not heat at all. I removed the back cover and tested the heating element. The element is bad. I quoted for the repair then replaced the element. Now the dryer is heating good. The air flow tested good.

"Customer complaint is, THE COMPRESSOR WAS SHORT CYCLING NOW LIGHTS INSIDE OK, OUTSIDE LIGHTS NOT AND NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is room temperature and nothing is running but the lights are on. The display just flashes when you press buttons and beeps when you press the dispenser paddle. The main board has failed. Also the right FF door gasket is ripping. Quoted customer $786. to install new board part number WPW10310240 and right FF door gasket part number W10830055. "EA150 error when in self test mode. But they have never seen that error. The fridge has a water filter bypass and is on RO. The Icemaker, after I replaced it they let it fill all the way to top of bucket and then have just been always using ice thats on the top. A few weeks ago they got a warm fridge temps error. Temps have always been good otherwise. The original ice the icemaker made a couple months ago froze together on the bottom at some point but you can see they were fully formed cubes. I called thermador but theyre closed today. Told customer we will follow up with thermador and see what they say, and we will call them back on Monday. As i got here the refrigerator was not running but had lights. I saw that on the user interface that it showed cooling off which means that the customer must of accidentally turned off cooling. I showed customer which two buttons to push to turn on/off the cooling of the refrigerator. I also showed customer which button locks out the user interface so that kids cant push buttons.Customer said that it hasnt been making ice well for awhile. I ran test and ice maker cycles and fills. I showed customer how to turn on/off ice maker and as im here it is working good.Refrigerator is running and cooling after I turned back on the refrigerator from the user interface.. "Last two weeks has not been spinning on the final spin. I put it into service mode and the only error is F5E2, door lock. In service mode the door lock locks fine. Tested all components in service mode and all components work fine. Put two towels in it and ran it on a quick wash and then a drain and spin and it went through fine. Then added three more towels and did 10 minutes of a quick wash and then a drain and spin and it went all the way through. Not sure how to proceed. Whirlpool says if it goes all the way through test mode its fine. #1 part replaced on it is the ACU for this issue. Please submit for authorization and see what the warranty says. "Getting F2E2 error which means no response from UI but when im testing it every button seems like it responds. Need to order UI. But when i look up part it shows the console panel assembly (which should come with UI board) shows it is much less $ than just ordering the UI, so that makes me skeptical if the assembly part comes with the UI. Also order control board incase but quote for the UI part.Please check and see if the panel assembly comes with the UI board otherwise just order UI board and control board. Unit wont heat and loud. Removed microwave from wall. Disassembled and found a bad magnetron. We preorder mag but came damaged. Needs magnetron 6324W1A001L; schdld next appmnt for 11/28 TUE !

Found that the the lint burned and singed the wires and likely caused short to trip beaker. Cleaned out inside dryer of lint and checked wires. While doing that I found that the heating element is shorted to ground. Heating element will need to be replaced.When i check part it shows NLA? Please look into this model and ensure that right part number and call customer with estimate. "Out of balance, water accessible, locked rotor monitor, door switch redundancy, ui time out, inverter fault. Those were the errors. To put on a spin test, with power off hold down start button and turn dial seven clicks to right. Then after it is in test mode do test 26. Called GE tech support and they had me take the belt off the motor, and run it on a spin test. It still sounds horrible when the motor is running so it has a bad motor, not a bad tub and seal. "Customers complaint not heating but tumbling. Verified complaint watched for the igniter to start glowing never did . Disassembled front of unit, tested igniter and found it was open leading bad. Quoted bluebook for new igniter. Customer approved installed new igniter also cleaned up inside of unit for customer reassembled unit then tested to make sure it was operating correctly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT CLEANING. Inspected and tested. Found the filter was plugged solid. I cleaned out filter and ran dishwasher through a service diagnostics cycle and everything worked great and the heater is working and there's good water pressure. I advised customer to clean filter regularly and to run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher."

Unit not drying. First accessed board and tested from the board the heater circuit. It was open. Next checked thermostat. That was good next checked the heater element reading open. Needs new element. Quoted blue book. Installed part. Tested and ran unit for over 10 min no leaks. Customer wants toe kick left off they have had water trouble before and want to make sure. I told them also about getting water sensors. Reassembled and reinstalled tested again working great.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element was burnt out. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 235F and 130F on high heat. Dryer is now fixed. I recommended customer have vent cleaned asap.

"No water going into dishwasher. Found that the water float is bad and cutting power to water valve. Customer approved estimate. Replaced float, tested and water now fills and all functions are working good.

"Replaced bad module and harness. Had to pry up heat shield under cook top to get to L1 for module. Spliced on all new connectors. Secured new wires under cook top. All burners work great now."

"Upon arrival, I found that the machine would not drain. Further investigation revealed that the belt was worn out, and as a result, the pump would not turn on. To address this issue, I replaced the main belt kit and pump. After completing the repair, the machine works fine.

Ran dryer and it smelled like kerosene. I then asked if they had been painting or staining in the house and they had just stained some shelves and the smell happened around that time. I explained that the heat is burning off the fumes in the air and there is nothing wrong with the dryer and the smell will dissipate as the house is aired out.I recommended that turned on vents to air out house faster.Dryer is cycling heat and working normally. Dryer itself is working good.

Installed drain hose from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times to make sure its draining properly and no leaks. After testing multiple times and no leakage installed underneath cabinet then tested for another 10 minutes to make sure no leaks. Unit is now working properly without any leaks.

Removed the cover, installed cycled, and tested the new board is operating correctly"

"Owners complaint making noise. Started unit heard noise sounding like a bad roller or idler. Disassembled unit. Once apart found two rollers are bad. Quoted for the maintenance kit. Approved. Installed kit. Also did a little maintenance clean up also. Reassembled than tested. No more noise. Dryer sounds like it should be.

"I removed the covers and inspected the machine as needed. I found that the machine would not open the door or drain at all. To address these issues, we removed the bottom cover, cleaned the main drain pump, and the plastic booth that connects to the pump. We also used a vacuum to ensure it is clean, and the unit now works properly. After putting it back together, we tested the wash cycle and drainage, and the unit is back in operation with no issues.

"Belt broke. Won't engage the transmission. Customer approved estimate. Picked up belt, replaced belt, and tested and washer now agitates and spins. Washer is working good.

The dishwasher is not filling with enough water. We removed the fill hose and found it was full of tiny black beads that come from the water softener. We cleared the hose. Now the dishwasher gets enough water and washes good.

The customer said the washer will not drain or spin and does nothing. We tried putting it to spin and starting in the machine. We do nothing had no power. We didnt try a normal cycle see if it filled with water and still has no power. We checked the power coming to the washer and it had no power going through the extension cord. We then plugged the washer into the wall outlet and now the washers were perfectly fine. We tried all cycles and let it run through rinse cycle and its working perfectly fine for us.

F21 error code. Took control panel and lower panel off. Drained all water out. Checked filter. There was debris in filter. Looks like someone maybe went hunting and had burrs in their clothes. Cleaned out drain filter and made sure pump was good. Called whirlpool tech support and they helped me do a reset of the control board to remove the error code. Ran it on a cotton whites warm cycle and could see there were also some excess suds. Added some cooking oil to the washer. Helped get rid of suds. Runs great now. Left a sign on washer to use less detergent.

"Dishwasher was dead. Checked breaker and outlets. All had power. Pulled out dishwasher and unplugged it, then plugged back in and checked for power at board. Display came right on. Called Asko tech support, they said to run on quick cycle and check for error codes. Did a rinse cycle and no error codes.

"The fresh food section warmed up to 60? for a couple days before it cooled back down. They also had a lot of water dripping out of there a icemaker area in the fresh food section. I ended up calling Bosch and they had me adjust the heater from the board and the heater owned out good. They also had me just the evaporator sensor and tested perfect. They said that the fresh food evaporator fan that is located in the freezer on the left side of the freezer commonly goes bad. They had me check the board and I confirmed that 12 V DC was being sent to that fan. The evaporator fan on the left side of the freezer for the fresh food section is not running so it needs a new freezer fan. Could someone please look up the part number for that fan and send a quote via phone call to the customer. And see if they would like to proceed with the repair. 00649619 I think is the correct part number but I would like it if someone could please double check. I included a picture of the blue book if it is, indeed, the correct part number. ; saved tckt"

"Needs the sensor and fuse together. Also needs the main PCB. Part number for board is Csp30021030. Spoke with FW and quoted customer $650 parts and labor for board, and then ballpark of $50 for fuse and sensor assembly. We would apply $129 towards this repair. Display is flashing light above cancel button. Wont let you do anything. Verified complaint tried doing a hard reset. Still having an issue. Disassemble door to get to board. make sure all the plugs are good no sign of visual damage. Per text sheet flashing light above cancel or start indicating bad display board as of stuck key. "So the whole unit stopped cooling in a day. The customer had turned it off. When I arrived I turned the unit back on. The compressor and the fans started. I took pressure on both side. The low side was in a deep vacuum and the high side was at 0. I used the leak finder light and glasses and checked all my joints. I found no leaks from the solder joints. I removed the drip pan and inspected the drain pan heater. I found dye all over the left side of the copper coil. Now it will need the drain pan heater. It was definitely not leaking the last time. This is a high side leak so the refrigerant leaks out very fast. My first visit the unit was still getting cold and had some gas. I also found the heat exchanger was rotten. The high pressure after I fixed it can cause these heated coils to leak after its been repaired. Please look up the part availability and contact the customer. Customers complaint leaking water. They said it was leaking underneath the unit. It was a lot. Inspected underneath the unit and I dont see any water stains or evidence of it leaking. Went to start unit and it will not lock the door. Went of tech sheet for Samsung ohm out door lock and is inspec. Says if door lock test good replace main PCB. Also customer stated the warm light for water temp doesnt work verified that light is burnt out and you cant tell what setting will need display board. Not able to test for leaks because unit is operational. Will needs parts listed to revisit install then test for the Leak. This is still an open ticket even after these parts. This is to get it operational to find the leak. The dishwasher will run but then stops and gives the NE fault code. The code is for the position motor fault. We pulled the dishwasher out and checked the motor. Water has been leaking from around the motor. We tested the motor and it reads open. The motor is bad. The dishwasher needs the whole sump assembly. The seal in the sump is not separate. "Customers complaint. COLD WATER NOT WORKING, LINT TRIP NOT PROPERLY WORKING.CRACKED DRYER HANDLE... checked the cold water issue first. Hooked up SmartHQ. No errors for cold water. Put in service mode test both valves. Both working correctly. Put unit to normal setting cold water fill. Let it fill water is cold. I did explain. Even on cold sometimes the unit will kick the hot water valve on just for second. Dryer handle tabs busted off. Door itself looks fine. Needs new handle. Customer also said needs the dryer vent hose cleared out. Vents out the roof had a company clean the vents but now needs someone to clean the duct. I explained if the guy did it correctly the vent line all the way will be cleared. It vents out the roof and she said its been an issue from the beginning. "The customer complained that the machine was shaking aggressively. I removed the covers and noticed that the four shocks were worn out and rusted. Additionally, one of them came loose, so I put it back into position. After running a diagnostic test, the issue was not resolved, and the machine still shook. To fix this, we need to replace all four shocks, both front2 and back2.Here are the parts I found for the repair. "Found that it was leaking from water filter housing. It appears that the O ring was not seated on filter and once pushed in the filter housing was leaking continuously. But also the filter does not pop out when pushing in release button. Due to issues water filter housing, filter and filter cap needs to be ordered and replaced.The refrigerator was already pulled out when i got here and will need to remain to be pulled out so i can replace the filter housing.Office: please follow up and quote customer based on the (two?) trip charges? Replaced bad blower wheel and motor. Cleaned up dryer. Runs and heats great now.

Found that there was a screw that was stuck in the drain pump preventing it from draining. Customer also had issue with door falling open too fast. I found that the hinge and springs are bent and stretched. Customer declined to fix those. Dishwasher is draining and all other functions are working good.

Customers complaint WASHER STARTS BUT DOES NOT FILL WITH WATER. SOME WATER UNDERNEATH WASHER. This happened after they drained the unit and cleaned the filter. Started unit to verify complaint. Started drain then started to fill. Customer said it never did that. Just heard clicking. Tested multiple times no issue. Tested multiple different cycles worked every time. Could have been a door lock issue board or pressure switch. Without it error out on me I cant find a problem. Customer understands. Explained happens again take notes of whats going on just in case it is intermittent

"Latch was replaced on dishwasher, but doesnt come on since the repair. I checked under the sink and the dishwasher wasnt plugged in. Plugged it in, now it runs great.

Customer complaint was unit is not cooling.Removed cover in the freezer checking the condenser coil. Found the coil not very cold. Did an amp draw on the compressor found it drawing a little over an amp. Checked and found the heat exchanger extremely dirty. Cleaned out the heat exchanger. Unplugged and plug in the unit. The unit started cooling. Checked the frost pattern on the condenser it looked good.

"Customer complaint was it was not draining and was leaking water.Found the drain line plugged, cleaned the drain line removed pump and cleaned. Ran found the lower front door leaking a few drips of water. Adjusted the legs since unit was leaning forward. Ran again no leaks and the unit is pumping water.

The bake element was bad. Today we replaced the bake element and tested the oven. The bake element is working good now.

Customers complaint unit not draining properly again and giving error code. Verified complaint. Doing same thing as before. Drained and vacuumed out all the water removed filter and found more stuff in the drain pump. Put unit in test mode to go through the cycles and hopefully if there is more clothing it will come out. Filled tumbled drain spun over 6 times. Cleaned out drain again at end of the cycle also. Nothing more I can do. I explained to customer did everything I can to clear it out.

Removed door, removed track, installed new track. Cycled and tested"

The complaint is the washer does not finish the cycle and not cleaning the clothes. I checked the faults and the only fault was for long fill. I found the cold water valve was almost closed all the way and the hot water was closed all the way. I opened both valves all the way and tested the washer. It works on all cycles and in all test modes.

Freezer cold but fresh food section room temperature. Found a seized up evaporator motor. Went to a local parts distributor and picked up a new motor and installed it. Also steamed out vent which was full of frost. Now its running and cooling great.
