"Customers complain, water dispenser, not working. When pressing the dispense button, you can hear the valve trying to push the water, but nothing happening. Unhooked waterline from under the fridge so going from the dispenser to the reservoir and I can blow through it so its clear. Next unhooked, the water hose from the valve hit the dispense button and water shot out. next unhooked reservoir from valve and dispenser hose and tried blowing through nothing its frozen or jammed. Gave customer two different options. One of me defrosting it with a steamer she would have to pay for the labor of doing that. I explained they could be time-consuming, or I could go quickly not quite sure, depending on how frozen it is. Second option the option they decided was just to unplug and defrost. I explained if theyre going to defrost it leave the door open is that reservoir right on top to the freezer so its gonna stay cold. They will call and let us know what they find after they do it. I installed a fan last month and it is louder than it should be. They brought it to my attention. I agree with them. I re-ordered a new fan. I will hold it until we return. "Customer states the machine has an issue pumping out the water, clothes are wet when the cycle is done. Put unit into a spin cycle. Pump ran for a few secs and stop. The pump intermittently works, sometimes it will run until the water is drained out other times it turns on for a few seconds and stops, when this happens it make unusual sounds. "During the visit, the main toper was removed, and all heat burners elements were inspected. The front left burner registered 41 ohms, and the left burner measured 39 ohms; both elements checked okay. Testing revealed a resistance of 14 ohms, which is below the expected 26 ohms. "Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING OUT. Inspected and found water sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher when I got here. I tried draining it and just heard humming from the drain pump. I removed hose from the garbage disposal and was able to suck all the water out with my vacuum through the hose. I tried drain pump again with it empty and still just hums, but doesnt sound like the impeller is turning. I tried tapping on it and still nothing. I disassembled the sump from the inside and was able to turn the impeller by hand and didnt find anything in it. I reassembled and filled dishwasher with water and tried draining and now it drained. I filled and drained multiple times and its draining great.

Customer said the new ice maker worked then stopped working then would work again. Removed and checked the ice marker for any issues. Did find a small ice cube stuck between the bailing arm and the bottom of the ice try. Tested the basket switch and power switch for the ice maker and they are working good. Went into diagnostics and checked harvest cycle, water valve, and thermistor and they are all working good. Did remove the bottom lower cover and checked for a visible break in the wire harness on the door Customer is going to monitor the issue.

Complaint is that dishwasher doesnt fill with water. I ran it on a normal cycle and it fills with water and circulates awesome. Ended up finding a ton of junk built up underneath the float assembly. Got that all cleaned out. It looks like the float mustve gotten stuck in the up position so that it was not filling with water.

"Touch panel is not responsive, has a mind of its own. Will change settings and randomly change settings or beep on and off. Is bad touch panel. I did reseat the touch panel and it is now responsive and buttons do work. Cycle will start. I gave customer estimate for new touch panel. They will use as normal and think about it and will call us back if they want us to proceed to order part.

"Customer complaint icemaker, not working and hasnt worked for a while. On arrival, the icemaker had no water or ice in it forest harvest mode. Could hear the valve kick on but no water trace the waterline and found it was underneath the sink and the valve was off. Customer said it has been acting up since the plumber was there and redid some of the plumbing. After I turned on the valve and tested unit it was filling just fine. Explained to customer can take up to 48 hours to make ice. As of now unit is working properly just by turning on the water valve."

The dryer powers on but does not tumble. I could spin the drum and it feels free. I pulled the top off and found the belt is not broken but its not connected. The idler pulley is bad. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the idler pulley and oiled the rollers. I also vacuumed out the lint.

"Customer stated, there was an issue with the unit draining, ran diagnostics found the pump was not coming on. Checked for voltage at the pump and found voltage. Gave customer a quote to replace the pump, customer approved. Replaced the pump, filled unit twice with water and ran the pump, checked for leaks. Checked the dryer venting. Customer has the thin flex venting from the dryer to the outside vent. I informed them of my concerns using the brush with a drill may tear the vent since its not straight. I suggested to the customer that a cleaning of the dryer maybe to be done. The dryer is venting at 11.9 mph on the outside of the house.

Customer stated the dryer would make noise after 20 minutes of use. Removed covers and drum. Found the idler pulley not spinning freely and a rear roller that was tight. Gave customer a price on repairing the idler pulley and customer approved. Cleaned off and lubed the rear roller. Installed new idler ran the unit. No noises dryer operating as it should

Installed new hinge assembly for door flap. Working great now.

Replaced and moved thermistor from lower to upper right. That should take care of frost issue (Known issue with this fridge). Refrigerator is working good.

Replaced pump motor assembly. Tested and no longer squealing. Ice maker is working good.

"Dishwasher needed to be reinstalled/remounted. Also, theyve been having problems with back flow from sink into the dishwasher. I redid the drain line under the sink so its looped up now. It wasnt before. I reinstalled dishwasher. Mounted nice and firm now, and its flush with cabinets now. Was falling out when I got here.

Replaced bad ACU. Works great now.

This is an older asko. The dishwasher has no power and it had water inside. I found a breaker was tripped on the panel. I reset the breaker and now the dishwasher is working. I let run for 25 minutes. It has no issues and drains. The start button on the console is cracked but it still works. No other issues found.

I checked temperatures with vent attached and it got up to 270 degrees. I disconnected vent and was 206 degrees. I checked outside vent and found that they have mesh cover and was full of pet hair and lint blocking air flow. I recommend to customer to not use it since there is a flap already to customer will have it clean it often to prevent this.I ran test with auto dry with no clothes and it dropped time down and shut off. I added wet clothes and it added time and continued drying. So the sensor is working and can verify that the clogged vent was issue.I tilted back feet up so clothes would gravitate towards the front of dryer where the sensor is. I also recommended to put it on more dry for automatic drying cycles. Also matters on cycle selection of load of clothes being dried. Dryer is cycling heat and working good as im here.

"Customer complaint is, TOP OVEN NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the bake igniter in the top oven has failed. Customer approved repair. Installed new bake igniter and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

"Customers, complaint unit not draining. Customer did remove filter and tried cleaning it out. On arrival I removed the filter just to make sure everything was cleared up the propeller. The customer said the dishwasher still has a leak. I can see water sitting in the bottom tray. I ran the dishwasher for a while but found nothing leaking. There is crust on the bottom of the wash motor and the drain pump. I replaced all parts ordered. I ran it again and its working good. No other issues found at this time.

Replaced bad rail assembly. Now it stays closed when you push in the warming drawer.

"Customers complaint became a big ice ball an ice compartment, then would leak. Four times people have been out to try to fix the issue. Sounds like theyve replaced the icemaker a few times but nothing else. Installed icemaker kit that someone did silicone everywhere on it so that is all sealed. "Uninstalled dishwasher. Very, very tight space. Removed old drain line. Hooked up new drain line and ran it through the floor into the basement and connected it to the line in the basement the old one was connected to. They had a plumber out to remove the old hard copper line that was leaking. I installed new waterline to dishwasher that connects to water in the basement. Everything works great now.

"Tenants complaint not making ice. We were here back in February at that time as a different tenant and it was the same issue icemaker not working. Found the ice maker fill hose frozen. Use my little waterline buddy defrosted it tested water pressure. We got good water pressure at icemaker in dispenser. To heater is ohms out fine and in test mode I can get power to it. At this time I cant find anything wrong with it always a possibility the heat is not kicking on and could be a control board issue, but also could be a insulation issue in the door. "The compliant is the freezer and fresh food are not cooling well. Both temps are 10-20 degrees above the set temp. A previous company was out and replaced the freezer evaporator fan and then said it had a bad compressor when they came back. The customer from time to time gets Cf-error. The CF is for a bad condenser fan. The side are warmer than normal. I pulled it out and removed the rear cover. The back is very hot and the condenser fan is not working. I pulled up the voltages and I do get the 12 voltdc and signal voltages per the tech sheet. The fan tried to start and when it did it squeals. It needs the condenser fan motor and blade. Customer getting small dirt flakes all over clothes. Tub would need to be taken apart and outer tub and inner tub would need to be scrubbed down to full take care of problem. But based on this model/serial number it is affected by the Samsung voluntary recall sue to tops flying off.I called Hale and let him know about recall and I recommended to do their replacement to prevent further issues of the recall. Yellow flame was caused by near by humidifier and since they moved it it is back to blue flame. Customer says it seems to be lower temperatures than what it should be. I found that the igniter is weak and not pulling enough amps to turn on gas quickly. Replaced igniter and tested temperatures with their thermostat and mine. Tested temperatures and is warm by about 10 degrees. I adjusted oven 10 degrees. Oven is heating and working good.

"Replaced door latch lint, Tested and is not blowing breaker. Microwave is heating and working good."

The customer said the fresh food temperature was set at 37 but has gone up to the 40s. The freezer is still cooling good at 0?. I hooked up the new Nufy GE device in the current temperature was 41?. There was no active fault codes and all the fans are working. It did not need a firmware update. The temp shot up to 61 degrees 21 hours ago. At the same time the fresh food door was open for 5 minutes and it was in defrost. I advised the customer I found no issues and give it a few days to recover. I also did a cooling test and the fresh food evap has a full frost pattern.

I removed top and front panel and started a heavy duty cycle and watched it while it filled and was agitating and never saw it leak. I can see some staining from the door were water ran down the front. I watched washer fill, agitate and drain multiple times and it never leaked. I think washer was leaking from the door because the seal was dirty or something was stuck in it. I advised customer to keep the door seal clean and free from hair."

Replaced ice maker and water line. Waterline should no longer freeze up. Refrigerator is working good.

"During the visit, the customer, who recently moved to a new place, expressed concern that the machine might be operating incorrectly. He noticed a buildup of water inside the bottom of the machine, but I didn't observe anything out of the ordinary in that regard. I tested all functions in the diagnostic cycle, and everything works perfectly without any issues. Since he is new to his place, he will keep an eye on the unit while using it as usual."

The complaint is the washer shakes bad and the tub is low. I removed the top and found the left spring is broken. I removed the 2 front weights but still needed help lifting up the basket so I could reconnect the new spring. The gasket and shocks are good. I ran the washers and its not shaking and works good now.

The complaint is the dishwasher does not drain all the water out. I started the drain and I could hear the pump come on. I looked under the sink and I found the rubber end of the drain hose is bent over and restricted. I removed the drain hose end and cleaned the ends out. I put the hose in a bucket and started a drain cycle. The dishwasher spit some food out but is now drawing good. I hooked back up and routed it differently so it wont bend and restrict again.

The customer complaint is the dishwasher is totally dead. I verified the dishwasher is dead and will not start. I checked the outlet for the dishwasher and it has no voltage at all. I plugged the dishwasher into the garbage disposal outlet then turned the outlet on with the switch and now the dishwasher is working. The customer said they tried the disposal outlet but did not flip the wall switch just. The outlet is bad and needs to be changed. I advised the customer to have the outlet replaced.

"Takes 6 hours to dry, and will lock for an hour after it finally completes. Took apart heater assembly, blower wheel assembly, and bulkhead and found it packed with lint. Cleaned all lint out, reassembled and it runs great now."

"Taking two or three hours to dry clothes. Also, heating according to customer but it doesnt get very hot. I verified that when you start it, it fires right up and gets up to 145 before it cuts out. Then on the next cycle gets up to 160 and then cuts out. Told customer they are going to need to have their vent cleaned. They then mentions that the vent going into the ceiling could be disconnected. I disconnected it and found a large wad of lint built up. I cleaned that and now it runs and gets up to 275. Heating much better. Customer will test wet load now, and if it takes a long time to dry, will have the entire vent cleaned.

Tapped into the system and got pressure of 60 psi when running. looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 200 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly.

Replaced motor/sump assembly and water valve. Ran diagnostics and completed with no errors and all functions are working. Dishwasher is working good.

"Customer has been smelling sort of a burning smell when dryer runs. I took dryer apart and found a lot of lint in bulkhead, as well as charred lint on heater assembly and lint built up on motor. Vacuumed all lint out: uninstalled heater and cleaned that all up. Used red glue to refasten gasket around bulkhead. There was a scraping sound when it ran, so I made some adjustments and now no scraping. Runs great now.

"Found that the freezer drain is clogged and frozen over and when in defrost mode will leak onto bottom of freezer and eventually leak onto floor. Customer approved drain clean estimate. Getting tE error (thermistor error) intermittently but been a lot more often recently. Also gettin UE error for unbalance load sometimes. "When pushing start you can hear relay click but thats it and washer wont advance or fill. I turned off power to washer and turned it back on and washer did start and fill, ran for about 5 minutes then it stopped. I could hear that motor was squeaking as it was rotating.I called into ASKO tech support and a person answered that wasnt a tech and then said tech would call me back and after 20 minutes no call back and no one answer touch support when I called again.so im not %100 sure but I suspect that it is door lock or control board. I cant find parts break down. "Customer is having multiple issues. First one is not cooling properly. Customer said theyve had it recharged. Once on arrival there was a bullet valve already on it took pressures. Would have moved ahead on sealed system, but have multiple other issues that need to be addressed and approved. Other issues are crisper drawers not fitting right and shelf. See photos parts listed below needed also the icemaker I can get it to fill but it freezes on the harvest. Needs a new icemaker for the sealed system. Doesnt often start. The shaft connected to the control board has play to it. Depending on which way you press down on the shaft it sometimes starts. Needs new main pcb: 154547701. Cant find anyone who has it. Please see if we can get it. ; O-emld tckt

"Tenants complaint, dirt and debris on dishes after each use. Verified complaint ran unit and looked inside water. There was a little chunks of black floating. Inspected inside unit and found heating element is decayed and rotting and falling apart. Will need new heat element. Wash motor and drain are working properly. Add photo for quote. Called for approval no answer left voicemail ; saved tckt"

Installed display board from last diagnosis once installed make sure all features and buttons are working properly. Everything is working properly and unit is back to original state.

"Customers complaint is getting gas smell when baking an oven. Disassembled the covers over bake igniter, then tested unit. The igniter would start to glow, but was weak and would open the gas prematurely and would give us a gas smell. Customer approved installed part reassembled then tested unit is working properly

Customers complaint did 3 Loads then error code. F26 again. The error code is for the door latch. Verified complaint. Removed lock inspected. Noticed. The spring was stuck. Unstuck the spring and reinstalled. Unit is working again. Open closed and locked over 20 times no issue.

"Customer complaint is, NOT TURNING ON. Inspected and tested. UI is unresponsive. I inspected the board and the light is flashing, so board has power. I installed new UI board and dishwasher turned on. I started a cycle and dishwasher was leaking on the left side from the fill funnel. The tabs that hold it in place are broken off and there part of the plastic tub and are not replaceable. Customer is going to see if he can attach it and make it work."

"Customer complaint is, OVEN NOT TURNING ON/HEATING UP. Inspected and tested. Broil works, but not the bake. Theres 120V to the bake ignitor, but its not glowing. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Range is now fixed.

"The customer complained about yellow flames coming out of the burners. I performed preventive maintenance on the unit, verifying that it works correctly, and checked all functions to ensure they are operating properly. After all this burners come out nice and blue ."

"Fixed convection fan, replaced two bad bulbs and installed new glass to replace glass. Everything good now."

"Upon arrival, the customer complained that they were unable to use the washer machine due to issues with hot and cold water. The water flow was weak, and one of the lines was shut off, leading to the inability to supply cold water. The customer acknowledged plumbing issues.I cleaned up the filters for the valves. For the time being, the machine started to work with hot water, and I encountered no issues. It washed and spin properly. To correct these issues, they must fix their plumbing lines."

"Customer complaint is, WATER DRIPS DOWN ONTO CUBES IN CONTAINER, FREEZING INTO BIG MASS WHICH WONT LET AUGER TURN TO DISPENSE. Customer said he sees it dripping from the bottom of the ice maker. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 39F and freezer is 3F. Customer had ice maker shut off for a couple weeks and the bucket was empty. The ice maker water supply chute is iced up. I defrosted and found heavy mineral deposits from the hard water. I removed the deposits and cycled ice maker and it filled with water. I did this multiple times and everything worked perfectly and was not dripping below the ice maker. I think the hard water deposits were causing weird water spray when it would fill and cause water to drip into the tray onto the cubes. I advised customer to use and see what happens and if it does it again, we should replace the ice maker. I also told customer that he's going to continue having problems with the hard water in the ice maker and hes going to need to address that."

"No power. No lights or anything is running. I found that there is no power at the outlet. I ran extension cord, plugged into different outlet and refrigerator turns on, lights, fans, compressor turns on and refrigerator is starting to cool.I showed customer but couldnt find any breaker that is tripped to cut power to the outlet. Customer will call electrician and leave it with extension cord for now."

Installed new fan motor from last diagnosis. Once installed tested. The fan kicked on right away. Reassembled unit. Unit is now operating properly

No power going to dishwasher. Found that there is an outlet switch that controls power to dishwasher. Turned on switch and dishwasher is running and all functions are working good. I showed customer the switch so he is aware in the future.

"Customer complaint is, UPPER RIGHT REFREGIRATOR DOOR HAS A SMALL DENT. Installed new right hand FF door supplied by manufacturer. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Found debris that was stuck inside causing it to just hum. I used a allen wrench and dislodged and now it turns on and runs smoothly. Garbage disposal is working good.I showed customer where to use the allen wrench incase it ever gets lodged again.

"The machine was down during the visit, and I noticed that the side of the User Interface (U/I) was cracked. The customer stated they did not know anything about it. I asked if they tried to fix it, and they said no. During my troubleshooting, I found out that the main control board is intermittent, which could affect the communication to the U/I, potentially causing this issue as well.Additionally, I observed that the voltage was zero at the control board. I reset main breaker and it started working again. If problems persist, we will need a new control board and U/I. As for now, the machine runs great and has no issues.

Installed inverter from last diagnosis. Once installed tested made sure it went through test mode fine and everything is operating properly reinstalled and leveled legs properly. Double checked to make sure all ried switches and everything was operating correctly after adjustment.

The complaint was the whole unit is not cooling and the compressor is bad. We verified the compressor gets power but does not start. I hooked up the new compressor and it started. We purged the R600 venting it outside. We then removed the old compressor and filter drier. We installed the new filter and compressor. We pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I charged the system with 57 grams of R600. The system has pressure and the new compressor starts right up. It was cooling when we were done. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool and 24 hours before they fill it back up.

"Weak igniter not turning on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igntier, tested and oven heats and is working good.

"Dishwasher isnt heating the water and the dry cycle at the end doesnt work. I ran it through full service mode, and at the 6:20 minute mark, the heater didnt come on. Replaced heater. Now heater comes on great.

"Fresh food and freezer are almost room temperature. Large ice ball built up on top of evaporator, and no frost on evaporator. Compressor is running but not very warm, and condenser line is not warm. Could not get an amp draw because wire too short to reach. Customer trying to decide if they should replace or do SS work. Spoke with DW and let them know advanced diagnostic is 200-230, and then if it needs a recharge and to fix a leak it would be around 600. If its the compressor it would be more. "Water has been leaking from dishwasher. Found the drain line has a hole in it. Ordered new drain line. Gave the customer a heads up theres a chance they may need the hard waterline to the dishwasher to be replaced when I reconnect it, since it has a ton of corrosion. Need two time slots for this. Found that the control board is shorted and always sending power to water valve as soon a s door is closed until water fills and hits float switch and it will stop filling. Needs new control board and also needs new door gasket and splash shields. Ordering parts and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 5304531745 (Control board) and 1 154827601 (Gasket) and 1 154701001 (Splash shield)

"Fan motor not running. Confirmed it gets 120 but its locked up. Quoted for new motor, daughter tentatively approved but left message with mom and asked her to call our office to give official approval. Quote attached. "Not cooling. Compressor running and fans running but zero frost on evaporator: told him we will call him with a quote for sealed system work: told him he needs to have fridge out and we will not pull it out, since it has ZERO clearance. "Customer complaint is, BOTTOM IS OK, TOP OVEN IS GETTING TOO HOT AND THEY HAD TO TURN OFF THE BREAKER. Model number is partially wiped off and I cant read it. Inspected and found the board is fried. Also one of the temperature sensors ohmed out bad. Customer had a friend swap sensors and replace one, but Im not sure which one is original. The sensors are different in both ovens. This is going to need a new board and both sensors. Can someone see if we can find these parts and give the customer a quote. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)"

Cant find parts break down for this model. Front left big burner not working. It will intermittently spark. Can lite with lighter. Needs spark module. Burner electode and wire from electode to spark module. It appears to be grounding out before the igniter.Need Spark module; electrode and wire if it doesnt come with it.Also im not sure where the spark module is and looks like i have to take apart top? Maybe we can find parts break down sheet? Block 2 hours and charge labor accordingly.; saved tckt
