"The complaint was the door would not open and the washer just stopped. I found the washer was giving the drain issue error and the washer was full of water. I was able to remove the drain filter plug and drain the washer. I found the drain housing was full of change, lint and a bra underwire was stuck in the pump and stopping the pump impeller from working. I cleared all that stuff out and tested the washer. It drains now and the door unlocked. I started a quick wash and now its working as it should.

Check airflow was getting 18 mph out the vent outside we got good airflow disassembled unit found a bunch of lint caught behind the drum where the burner kinda goes so clean that out as best I could, and cleaned out as much lint. Reassembled tested burning smell starting to fade. Explain to customer they could take a little bit of time to get rid of the smell and burn up the remainder flying around lint. Everything is operating correctly just was getting too much lint.

"During my visit, our previous technician accidentally moved the mechanical switch out of position. As a result, customers could see the display on, leading them to assume it was functioning properly. However, after correcting the switch and installing a new one, it was discovered that the system was shorted out. Additionally, the technician damaged all the plastics that hold the main control, shorted the main board motor, and left a bag of fuses. Some wires were also cut off with electrical tape on them.After replacing the damaged parts, the system is now operational, but there is still a short in the main motor and transformers. Dryer had been making a scraping sound since day one after they brought this dryer home. Stacked dryer and very difficult to get apart due to the tight space. Took it all apart and found the back of the blower wheel was melted and scraping against the housing. The motor shaft was tipped just enough that the blower wheel wasnt flush. The bracket wasnt as tight as it should be. I installed the new bracket and made sure motor shaft was level. New blower wheel I installed is level and doesnt scrape. Ran it and its much quieter now. Made sure rollers were good which they are. Oiled and cleaned them. Pully is good. Very good. Vacuumed out dryer. Reattached seal on blower housing that was loose.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A NOISE WHEN STARTING UP. Inspected and tested. Found its making a really loud vibration noise when running. The filter is not able to slide all the way down either. I disassembled dryer and found a sock in the blower wheel. Also the dryer is packed full of lint on the inside and bulkhead. Vacuumed out bulkhead and inside of dryer and reassembled. Tested and dryer sounds great. I found the vent wasnt connected to the back of the dryer also and the vent is plugged to the outside. I cleaned vent from the outside in to the dryer and redid vent behind dryer with 2 elbows. Hooked up dryer and everything is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

"The issue was water is leaking down from the ice maker. I found a couple issues. When the ice maker ejects the ice, some smaller pieces of ice stay in the mold and dont get ejected. So when it fills some water can leak out because it would be over filling. I also found the end of the ice maker fill tube had calcium build up. That was causing water to spray out sideways and not flow into the cup cleanly. I removed the ice maker and cleaned out the ice maker mold. I also cleaned the end of the fill tube so theres no calcium crust. I ran an ice maker fill test twice and I found no water leaking down. It all checks good.

"Call had another company out there say it was sealed system but then had issues with them coming out again. Unit was off turned unit on let it cool for over 30 minutes while disassembled the trim unit never got a frost pattern. Removed Freon, then added access valve pressurized and could see it drop but I couldnt find it. Replaced filter dryer and heat exchanged pressurized to 175 psi held for 10 minutes no problem never dropped vacuumed got it under 275 ?m. Filled unit with proper amount of 134 a plugged unit back in reassembled everything else. Frost pattern looks good. Everything is cool assembled and reinstalled LED lights were installed LED lights and everything is working great"

Today I replaced the oven temp sensor per the Beko tech line recommendation. I got the range back as far as I could. The gas line and power cord is behind the range and hits. I let preheat for 30 minutes then watched the temps. The average temp I got was around 355. I did find the knob has to be right at the 350 dot or a little back. You also have to wait the complete 30 minutes. Working great.

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COOLING SEEMS TO BE ABOUT 55?, FREEZER IS STILL BELOW 0. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 20F and FF is 61F. Theres no airflow to the FF compartment. Found the back wall of the freezer is frosted over. If I open the freezer drawer I get airflow to the FF compartment. The evaporator and air FF return vents are completely frosted over and shut. This is a defrost issue. I jumped the defrost heater from the board and didnt get any amp draw. Refrigerator needs to be unplugged and defrosted for 48 hours and then I can come back and disassemble evaporator cover and diagnose the problem. I carry the board, sensor and bimetal. The defrost heater is NLA. Customer is going to defrost refrigerator and Im rescheduling. Customer would like sooner service if we can. ; schdld next appmnt for 1/17 WED !"

I put my meter leads into the black and white wires coming out of the filter board and then plug the washer back in. I got 120 V and the washer is working now. "Customers complain to the unit not draining as water and unit with towels. First thing I did was try to vacuum out. The water was not able to do the back hose. Its all clogged up had to tip the unit back a little bit then manually open the door and vacuum out all the water, I lay a bunch of towels down on the floor when I doing this because a lot some water does spill out no way around it because the drain is all clogged and can vacuum it out that way. Got all the water out then was able to remove the hose from the basket itself where the filter is and found a piece of plastic in there. Removed reassembled and then tested multiple times for leaks no active leaks.

"The complaint is the microwave is dead. I plugged it in and verified it gets 120 volts to the main board. I get 120 volts going into the transformer but nothing out of the transformer. I ohm the display transformer and it read 0 ohms. The door latch keeps breaking and the door is hard to open. The switch bracket is worn down and should be replaced. The turn table does not spin. "Top section for red wines is set to 63 and its been 52 according to customer. I took temps, its currently 54.3 on top, and they have it set lower on lower section and its 48 degrees but set to 42. They said a fan has been running louder lately. I found no restrictions or frost build up around the evaporator fan, but they said it sounds like its coming more from underneath. "Customer service complaint is unit not heating. Looked through little window to watch igniter to see if it would blow and start. Unit with tumble but igniter would never engage. remove the back of the unit tested some of the thermostats and found a bad thermostat. It is blowing the window open and it looks like its blowing decent temps are getting to 110 which is normal for gas dryer. "The customer said the dryer heats but takes long time to dry. I took a heat test and the dryer heated up to 245 degrees and it took a real long time. I used my tester and tested the air flow, the air flow is poor. I pulled the dryer out and removed the dryer duct. I then ran the heat test again. Now it heated to 205 and it got there quickly. It then turned off and the heat dropped quickly. The air flow out the dryer is good and the connecting duct is not plugged. I advised the customer to have the dryer duct cleaned ASAP."

Customer said the breaker was tripping when the oven was running. Turned oven on preheat and removed the back covers. The unit preheated with no issues turned on the burner and had the breaker trip at 38 amps. Turned oven to 45O unit preheated and had no issues. Turned on a few breakers and the breaker did not trip. The suspected issue is the breaker. The customer will change the breaker himself if the breaker does not fix the issue the customer will call back
