"Installed a new fan motor provided by the office. After testing cycles, the unit heats up quickly, and there are no more flames on the back of the cover."

Installed part from last diagnosis fan was definitely not working once installed. Tested multiple times made sure it was working properly was also getting a little bit of an ice dam so steam that out made sure that was cleared and the defrost drain pan. Everything now is working great let customer know if they have any issues to let us know.

"Customer stated they smelled gas and had issues keeping temps in the oven. Tested the amp draw on the igniter found it low, replaced the igniter cycled tested the unit preheated and stayed running"

The dryer would not start. I found. The belt was off. The idler pulley locked and failed. I replaced the pulley and vacuumed out the dryer. The dryer works good now. ; used 1 DE634A (PULLEY) from stock

"Customer complaint is stuff catching on lint tray. Clothes are caring. Also they were having a little issues with dry time. They said they kind of figured out the dry time with they had energy saver on. I did explain about the energy saver and it will not dry clothing properly or fully, especially on more full loads. Also, customer has unit in a built-in and no access to dryer vent from the one side. He would have to cut an access door into the cabinet so you could direct the dryer vent properly so it does not kink up. Hes getting airflow about 11 mph. Unit is a short bent its not dirty I think its just because its kinking up. He knows what he needs to do now for that issue looked at the lint trap and found there was a bunch of lint inside the lint trap to the blower, cleaned it all reassembled and now working properly. No need for parts. Nothing was broken."

"Machine has several issues; it will not heat up at all due to a bad ignitor, gas coils, and thermostat. Also, someone installed the main belt incorrectly. There is a new gas valve that is not the original part for the machine, and both coils were shorted out, blowing the thermostat fuse. I recommend cleaning up the vent as it is full of lint. After the repair, I tested the cycle, and it heats up well with no more issues

"Customer complaint is, GAS ISSUE, ONLY TURNS THE GAS ON IN THE ROOM DURING RUNNING THE DRYER. SMELL OF GAS. Customer is shutting off the valve on the inside of dryer when not using. I turned valve on and didnt smell anything. I applied the liquid leak detector to the valve and cant find anything leaking. I ran dryer for 20 minutes and its working perfectly and heat is cycling between 225F and 120F. Im not finding any leak."

"Customer complaint is, WATER LEAK FROM THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. Inspected and tested. I started a normal cycle and after 20 minutes it started to drip from the right hinge area. It looks like its running down the right side of the door and leaking by the hinge. The bottom door gasket has been replaced already and looks good. The door gasket looks good, but has some white residue on the right side. They sent a door gasket, so I replaced it. I ran it for another 10 minutes and never saw it leak. The door is closing perfectly and feels nice and tight. The hinges look good. I dont know what else we could replace if it continues to leak."

"The dishwasher was pulled out and not installed when I arrived. The customer said it had the drain error and started to leak under the dishwasher. The dishwasher sits in a peninsula and has a rubber hose that extends the drain hose. I hooked up a cord to the dishwasher and poured water inside. Then ran the drain cycle and the dishwasher is draining. Perfectly fine. Advise the customer that the extra drain tube and the fact that has no high loop couldve caused the drain issue and the dishwasher couldve overfilled and that water leaked out. Also, they have a older copper waterline connected to the dishwasher. It looks like it has been leaking. Advise the customer to shorten the drain line and get a new water supply line."

The customer said there is a buzzing sound from the freezer and the FF code pops up on the display. The ff means the freezer fan is not working. The customer said when he opens the freezer door the noise stops. I removed the freezer drawer and then removed the freezer evaporator cover. There was frost building up around the ice maker fan. I replaced the whole cover. While I was putting the drawers back in I found the side rails were not snapped in. That could have caused the drawer to not seal tight and allow warm air to leak in. I made sure the rails are snapped in tight. No more issue found.

"Replaced bad Icemaker. Cycled it, now it cycled and filled and didnt leak."

"Customer complaint is washer will trip GFI. Customer stated it happened in the middle of the cycle the first time it did it was able to reset it and finish the cycle. The last two times had to start it twice to finish. The cycle always seem like it was in the middle closer to going to the spin, on arrival, I put the unit in the spin cycle and it tripped the breaker right after it locked the lid so thinking it might be the lid. Lock unhooked the lid lock controls started unit and still tripped the breaker next put it back together unhooked the motor and unit ran through just fine hooked the motor back up started working unplugged unit waited 30 seconds plugged unit back in went through test mode. Everything is working out properly and not tripping the GFI, Im able to put it in wash mode spin drain

"Burners ignite with crazy flames. Shoot out weird directions. Found the burner covers on in reverse or not seated down all the way. I adjusted them so theyre seated correctly. Also, they have a cover lying on the cook top that alters the air flow. I took that off. It was there to keep things clean. Now all burners ignite great and air flow and flames are perfect."

"Doesnt pre heat on lower oven. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 350 within 10 minutes.

Install new door seal from last diagnosis from being torn once installed tested multiple times make sure was working properly once it was working properly reassembled tested again. No leaks and working properly.

Customer complaint is leaking out of dispenser now. Replace new dispenser and drawer once installed tested multiple times and test test each valve and each dispenser. Everything is working properly

"Customer states the fresh food compartment is not cold the freezer is fine.Found the freezer completely frozen up, the vents going to the refrigerator full of ice, removed the cover in the freezer steamed the frost and ice out, cleaned out the water. Informed customer to wait 24 for it to fully cool."

"When in use it will stop and flash all the display lights and become unresponsive. Per the LG tech site this corresponds with moisture getting behind panel and causing the display board to go wacky. I need the display board and panel assembly. Took panel off and didnt see clear signs of active moisture but dishwasher also hasnt been used today and when I start it it starts fine, which matches with what id expect while board is dry. Customer also wanted me to try to adjust and tweak the door so it was not rubbing on the top of the unit. Use the air wedge to adjustand tweak it up enough so it was not rubbing anymore. "Customer complained that the machine did not start due to an overflow of water. It seems that another company was installing a new garbage disposal, but they forgot to remove the plastic cap that goes to the drain hoses, causing an overflow and leaks all over. After correcting this issue, the machine runs great with no more alarms."

Customer stated sometimes the displays turn off and drain pump runs continuously. Seemed like leak sensor float had been triggered but did not see an error code. Pulled dishwasher out and looked at pan. Saw indications of a leak from the water valve. Customer was also complaining of a slow drain. We replaced water valve and then we also bypassed air gap for customer. Tested machine and it fills without leaks and drains much faster.

"Dishwasher was starting/ draining, but not filling and then it would just stop. It was doing this when it was frigid out. The waterline runs right along an exterior wall. Now its warmed up outside and it runs great for me. I explained that the waterline most likely froze and wouldnt allow it to fill. Nothing to fix. I ran it, it drains, fills and circulates great."

"Washer has been leaving clothes wet. I inspected the water pressure sensor line because the sensor wasnt recognizing that the washer was full of water, and would continually fill with water when I ran it on a rinse and spin. Also in test mode it didnt recognize that it was filling. There were no holes in waterline. I then recalibrated the water pressure sensor, and ran it on another rinse and spin, and the is time it went all the way through the cycle and didnt overfill. Then I put it on a quick wash and it progressed until it also went into a total drain and spin. I spoke with staff and site director about detergent usage, and also about what I did today.

"Customer states its intermittent making ice upon arrival the ice bin was full, pulled out icemaker and inspected it fount that the fill funnel was frozen full, leaking, and that the bailing arm was loose and floppy. Decided to replace icemaker for customer. Installed new unit and tested it, icemaker cycled properly and everything seems fine now."

"Customer complaint is, FRONT LOAD DID NOT DRAIN AND WATER GUSHED ALL OVER AFTER CLEANING OUT THE FILTER. Customer said that twice she found water in the washer and the clothes were wet. She pulled out the filter and water gushed out and even ran into the basement. The sink beside the washer also filled with nasty black water and the sink in the kitchen. She even found water in the washer when it wasnt being used. They had a plumber out to clean the drain. I ran washer through test mode and its filling and draining perfectly. The latest error was an accelerometer fault. I ran washer through the accelerated spin test and just a normal spin test and it worked perfectly. The pressure sensor test passed to. I started a quick wash cycle with a load of clothes and it completed perfectly. I pulled the filter out and it was clean. Looks like the only problem was with the plugged plumbing. Otherwise washer is testing good."

"Customer complaint is, OVEN DOES NOT WORK. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Range is now fixed.

Customer states at certain points and times loud noise inside refrigerator says when they open the door goes away back its definitely sounds like a fan. Replaced both of them tested working properly. Replace both fans because its the only thing that would make the noise and then stop when you open the door.

"Freezer not cooling. What I found with my thermocouple is that its currently 2.4 degrees in freezer and 38.6 in fresh food. Air temp in garage at the moment is 51.4 degrees. Took off evaporator cover and its uniformly frosted, and no excess build up of frost. Fans are running strong and compressor running. Explained this to nanny, who will explain to owner. Told her that they should bring it inside, and if it still has cooling issues to call us."

Started squealing after we left. Came back today and replaced the support rollers and idler pully. Runs nice and quiet now.

"Install parts from last diagnosis and cleaned/oiled rollers. once installed test and multiple times to make sure it was running right units running properly besides venting issue customer needs to get the dryer vent cleaned. Its increasing the temperature by 30? and could cause the high limit or element to burn out again so recommended didnt clean right away before use and if they are going to use it, use it on a low heat."

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE STOPS COOLING FREQUENTLY. Customer said it randomly shuts off and completely stops cooling and they have to power cycle it to get it to start cooling again. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 37F and freezer is -6F. Theres no errors on the display. I pulled out refrigerator and theres no errors on the inverter board. Its most likely a failing inverter board, Im about 85 percent sure, but theres small chance it could be the compressor. Customer approved repairs. Customer said it stopped cooling last night, so they pulled out the refrigerator and the inverter board light was on solid. I installed new inverter board and tested. Compressor and fans are all running.

"Complaint is that it doesnt always spin out the clothes. Its nice and clean in the washer cabinet. No oil or debris coming from belt or transmission. Good tension on the suspension rods. I ran it through a full rinse and spin cycle and it runs great. Recommended not overloading washer, keeping it below a certain level."

Customer service complaint is loud noise they think from the freezer compartment. They said today has not been making any noise. On arrival compressor was running. Everything was running but no fan was running for the evaporator fan. Icemaker fan is running properly and sounds good found that now the evaporator fan was seized needs new fan quoted bluebook. "Customer complaint is that there is a sulfur smell from washer. I fully examined washer. Explained how to run afresh through the washer 4 times. Also, cleaned out a lot of scum built up in drain line. Took off wash plate cover and cleaned out scum built up in there. Found sulfur odor also coming from flood drain under washer. They will pour some bleach type cleaner down the drain. They also said theyve been finding sand granules in wash. I took cover off and found a lot of rust under cover, and the rust has been crumbling and falling onto the collar, and falling where water sprays on the collar and where detergent goes. I did a thorough cleaning of the collar to get all the granulated rust out. Only long term fix would be to replace the rusty lid and cover. Parts #AFG72949701 and #AFG72949701MCK67395501. Looks like the lid might not be available anymore. Can someone submit for authorization and see if thats something the property manager would want to do? Created estimate ticket. Would be L14 labor. "Customer complaint as door wont stay closed. Found the reason why it was in the door itself. The two strikers had no resistance, because what held in the spring broke. will need new door assembly unable to fix without door. "The machine did not start at all due to a bad connection in the control board. I fixed it, and now it works great with no issues. The machine cycles great."

"Making a metal on metal rattle noise. Took off front of the machine and inspected pump, found a rubber grommet on the pump bracket was not inserted correctly and was allowing the bolt to contact the bracket on the pump. Took the bolt out and reset the grommet, put everything back together and tested. Complete. Sounds much better now."

"Customer complaint is, No longer making ice. Making knocking noise but no ice falls. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 38F and freezer is -1. "Customer stated there was a loud fan noise. Plugged in GE module. Cycled all the fans and checked. Found no issue, removed the freezer door and drawers customer was sure it was the freezer fan. Found no issues with the freezer fan. Found no issues at this time"

"Washer has been giving code error. Theyve unplugged and plugged it back in each time this happens. Called SQ tech support. They said no way on this one to pull error codes. I ran it, and there are excess suds. Tech support said this washer needs to be filled totally, and that if its not a full load, it will shake and throw up an error. If it runs fine on a regular cycle with no clothes in it, then they said its most likely underloaded. Excess suds will also cause issues, where it wont drain and will stop before doing the final rinse and spin. I put some cooking oil in the washer, and ran it on a regular cycle. I told a staff member here. Also called maintenance contact."

Machine had standing water and an F9 code upon arrival. Tested pump and it sounded really bad. Took front of machine off and replaced the drain pump. Reassembled machine and tested. Drains perfectly now.

"Washer has been leaking a lot. Maybe 50% of the time it runs. I found the door boot drain holes plugged up with hair and a seed. Also, hair built up under glass on door panel and over the gasket lip, and stains running down the front where water has been running down. I ran it through test mode twice and didnt see any drips or leaks, but that was after cleaning off hair and cleaning out drain holes. Uniform dust under the washer. Recommended afresh to customer, and showed how to keep bottom of door clean, as well as gasket. Checked for tears in gasket. Stacked unit."

"Customer complaint is, IM IS NOT WORKING. Customer said it was making a grinding noise and not making ice. She defrosted with a hair dryer and then it started working again. It started grinding again and she hit it with her fist and then it started working again. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 2F. I cycled ice maker and it dumped cubes and filled with water again. I found a service bulletin for a frozen fill tube and it says to update the software so the fill tube heater stays on longer. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres a software update available. I quoted customer $403. to install new ice maker and update software. Customer approved repairs. "Had another technician come out before us, had some cooling issues in the freezer. Also had noticed a few months ago that the water was dispensing slow. I found the waterline is frozen in the door, so that doesnt work. Icemaker makes ice though. They replaced the water filter a few months ago and water was still coming out slow from dispenser in door after. No change. I took off the rear evaporator panel and confirmed defrost heater comes on. Evaporator fan runs. Compressor and condenser fan run. Temp in fresh food is 35.6. Set at a mid range for temp. Freezer at zero. After evaporation defrosted, I ran it for 20 min and it only partially frosted up. Upper 1/3 is warm. Sealed system issue. Can someone please call owner with quote? "Washer went dead during the cycle. Pulled off the front control panel and its smoked. Also has a bad fuse where power comes in, where the grey wire comes out of. Called Asko tech support to see if there is anything that would potentially cause the board to burn. They said if there was a power surge to the fuse. They said the fuse didnt stop the board from getting a power surge. The part number is for fuse is 257325. Part number for board is 515452. Also needs new cover or part that houses power button. 503108. 413713 is button. Customer requested that the part be overnighted. Office will call customer with a quote.
