Customer stated sometimes the displays turn off and drain pump runs continuously. Seemed like leak sensor float had been triggered but did not see an error code. Pulled dishwasher out and looked at pan. Saw indications of a leak from the water valve. Customer was also complaining of a slow drain. We replaced water valve and then we also bypassed air gap for customer. Tested machine and it fills without leaks and drains much faster.

"Dishwasher was starting/ draining, but not filling and then it would just stop. It was doing this when it was frigid out. The waterline runs right along an exterior wall. Now its warmed up outside and it runs great for me. I explained that the waterline most likely froze and wouldnt allow it to fill. Nothing to fix. I ran it, it drains, fills and circulates great."

"Washer has been leaving clothes wet. I inspected the water pressure sensor line because the sensor wasnt recognizing that the washer was full of water, and would continually fill with water when I ran it on a rinse and spin. Also in test mode it didnt recognize that it was filling. There were no holes in waterline. I then recalibrated the water pressure sensor, and ran it on another rinse and spin, and the is time it went all the way through the cycle and didnt overfill. Then I put it on a quick wash and it progressed until it also went into a total drain and spin. I spoke with staff and site director about detergent usage, and also about what I did today.

"Customer states its intermittent making ice upon arrival the ice bin was full, pulled out icemaker and inspected it fount that the fill funnel was frozen full, leaking, and that the bailing arm was loose and floppy. Decided to replace icemaker for customer. Installed new unit and tested it, icemaker cycled properly and everything seems fine now."

"Customer complaint is, FRONT LOAD DID NOT DRAIN AND WATER GUSHED ALL OVER AFTER CLEANING OUT THE FILTER. Customer said that twice she found water in the washer and the clothes were wet. She pulled out the filter and water gushed out and even ran into the basement. The sink beside the washer also filled with nasty black water and the sink in the kitchen. She even found water in the washer when it wasnt being used. They had a plumber out to clean the drain. I ran washer through test mode and its filling and draining perfectly. The latest error was an accelerometer fault. I ran washer through the accelerated spin test and just a normal spin test and it worked perfectly. The pressure sensor test passed to. I started a quick wash cycle with a load of clothes and it completed perfectly. I pulled the filter out and it was clean. Looks like the only problem was with the plugged plumbing. Otherwise washer is testing good."

Customer states at certain points and times loud noise inside refrigerator says when they open the door goes away back its definitely sounds like a fan. Replaced both of them tested working properly. Replace both fans because its the only thing that would make the noise and then stop when you open the door.

"Freezer not cooling. What I found with my thermocouple is that its currently 2.4 degrees in freezer and 38.6 in fresh food. Air temp in garage at the moment is 51.4 degrees. Took off evaporator cover and its uniformly frosted, and no excess build up of frost. Fans are running strong and compressor running. Explained this to nanny, who will explain to owner. Told her that they should bring it inside, and if it still has cooling issues to call us."

Started squealing after we left. Came back today and replaced the support rollers and idler pully. Runs nice and quiet now.

"Install parts from last diagnosis and cleaned/oiled rollers. once installed test and multiple times to make sure it was running right units running properly besides venting issue customer needs to get the dryer vent cleaned. Its increasing the temperature by 30? and could cause the high limit or element to burn out again so recommended didnt clean right away before use and if they are going to use it, use it on a low heat."

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE STOPS COOLING FREQUENTLY. Customer said it randomly shuts off and completely stops cooling and they have to power cycle it to get it to start cooling again. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 37F and freezer is -6F. Theres no errors on the display. I pulled out refrigerator and theres no errors on the inverter board. Its most likely a failing inverter board, Im about 85 percent sure, but theres small chance it could be the compressor. Customer approved repairs. Customer said it stopped cooling last night, so they pulled out the refrigerator and the inverter board light was on solid. I installed new inverter board and tested. Compressor and fans are all running.

"Complaint is that it doesnt always spin out the clothes. Its nice and clean in the washer cabinet. No oil or debris coming from belt or transmission. Good tension on the suspension rods. I ran it through a full rinse and spin cycle and it runs great. Recommended not overloading washer, keeping it below a certain level."

"Customer complaint is that there is a sulfur smell from washer. I fully examined washer. Explained how to run afresh through the washer 4 times. Also, cleaned out a lot of scum built up in drain line. Took off wash plate cover and cleaned out scum built up in there. Found sulfur odor also coming from flood drain under washer. They will pour some bleach type cleaner down the drain. They also said theyve been finding sand granules in wash. I took cover off and found a lot of rust under cover, and the rust has been crumbling and falling onto the collar, and falling where water sprays on the collar and where detergent goes. I did a thorough cleaning of the collar to get all the granulated rust out. Only long term fix would be to replace the rusty lid and cover. Parts #AFG72949701 and #AFG72949701MCK67395501. "Making a metal on metal rattle noise. Took off front of the machine and inspected pump, found a rubber grommet on the pump bracket was not inserted correctly and was allowing the bolt to contact the bracket on the pump. "Customer stated there was a loud fan noise. Plugged in GE module. Cycled all the fans and checked. Found no issue, removed the freezer door and drawers customer was sure it was the freezer fan. Found no issues with the freezer fan. Found no issues at this time"

"Washer has been giving code error. Theyve unplugged and plugged it back in each time this happens. Called SQ tech support. They said no way on this one to pull error codes. I ran it, and there are excess suds. Tech support said this washer needs to be filled totally, and that if its not a full load, it will shake and throw up an error. If it runs fine on a regular cycle with no clothes in it, then they said its most likely underloaded. Excess suds will also cause issues, where it wont drain and will stop before doing the final rinse and spin. I put some cooking oil in the washer, and ran it on a regular cycle. I told a staff member here. Also called maintenance contact."

Machine had standing water and an F9 code upon arrival. Tested pump and it sounded really bad. Took front of machine off and replaced the drain pump. Reassembled machine and tested. Drains perfectly now.

"Washer has been leaking a lot. Maybe 50% of the time it runs. I found the door boot drain holes plugged up with hair and a seed. Also, hair built up under glass on door panel and over the gasket lip, and stains running down the front where water has been running down. I ran it through test mode twice and didnt see any drips or leaks, but that was after cleaning off hair and cleaning out drain holes. Uniform dust under the washer. Recommended afresh to customer, and showed how to keep bottom of door clean, as well as gasket. Checked for tears in gasket. Stacked unit."

"Had another technician come out before us, had some cooling issues in the freezer. Also had noticed a few months ago that the water was dispensing slow. I found the waterline is frozen in the door, so that doesnt work. Icemaker makes ice though. They replaced the water filter a few months ago and water was still coming out slow from dispenser in door after. No change. I took off the rear evaporator panel and confirmed defrost heater comes on. Evaporator fan runs. Compressor and condenser fan run. Temp in fresh food is 35.6. Set at a mid range for temp. Freezer at zero. After evaporation defrosted, I ran it for 20 min and it only partially frosted up. Upper 1/3 is warm. Sealed system issue. Can someone please call owner with quote? "Washer went dead during the cycle. Pulled off the front control panel and its smoked. Also has a bad fuse where power comes in, where the grey wire comes out of. Called Asko tech support to see if there is anything that would potentially cause the board to burn. They said if there was a power surge to the fuse. They said the fuse didnt stop the board from getting a power surge. The part number is for fuse is 257325. Part number for board is 515452. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 35F and freezer is 4F. Customer installed a none OEM ice maker. Refrigerator needs the ice maker kit. I removed ice maker and auger motor and dried out ice room and sealed it on the inside and outside. I adjusted the water line because it was pushed in too far. Installed new ice maker kit and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, CHEMICAL SMELL IN FRIDGE AND FREEZER, GETTING WORSE WITH TIME. Inspected and tested. It smells a little bit goofy, but its not very strong to me. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 2F. I removed the evaporator cover and inspected evaporator and heating element and cant find anything that would be causing a smell. I turned heater on and let it get real hot and still didnt smell anything. Ive checked this refrigerator out as thoroughly as I can and cant find anything that would cause a chemical smell."

Customer states the unit was vibrating and making loud sounds. When I arrived the fan in the freezer was loud. Removed the covers and shelfs. Was able to make the noise with the fan. Pushed the fan blade down less than a quarter of an inch. Changed the sound of the fan. The noise went away customer said it sounds better

60 in fresh food and 0 in freezer. Replaced a bad damper assembly and thermistor. Also steamed out ice that had built up on vent going into fresh food section. Cold air blowing into ff section now. Told customer 24 hours.

"The customer complaint was the dryer does not heat. When I arrived, the customer had the dryer pulled out and the dryer duct disconnected. I put the dryer on times dry high heat and it cycled the heat on. I let it cycle on and off about five or six times. I took the heat temperature and the high heat was about 190?. I hooked the dryer duck back up and pushed it in and tried it again and now the high heat was about 165. I slid the dryer out with the duck connected And the heat went back up to 190. When dryer duct is being pushed in the duct was restricting. The customer will replace the ductwork. The dryer is working perfectly fine.

Customer states the washer door gasket is falling off causing unit to leak.Found the outer door seal off and retaining ring not on. Customer had the ring. Looked and found no issues with the ring. Installed ran unit for 5 min and had no leaks.

"Customer complaint is, CONTROL DOESNT WORK, CANT GET THE UNIT TO TURN ON. Inspected and tested. The control panel is dead and not responding. Theres 120V at the junction box. I removed door and control panel and found the control panel board has corrosion on it. Dishwasher needs a new control panel. Also customer said it was leaking from the door a little puddle. It looks like its coming from the vent from what the customer explained, so he wants me to replace the vent assembly to. Customer approved repairs. Installed new control panel, vent assembly and cover. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"During the visit, the customer complained that the unit would not dispense water. In order to correct the issue, I installed a new water valve. After testing, it worked great, and now water flows smoothly. I also noticed that her filter needs to be replaced every 6 months."

Today I replaced the broken switch for the temperature selector. Everything is working oven works good. Customer said cooktop. It works good too.

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 40F and freezer is 1F. The ice maker is catching when it cycles and is not filling with water. I found the ice maker fill tube is frozen. Theres a service bulletin for this and they have you install a new fill tube with insulating tape. Refrigerator needs a new ice maker and fill tube. Installed new fill tube and ice maker. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

"Broken door cables causing door to fall. Dishwasher was also not mounted on top causing it to tip forward. Pulled machine out, and replaced door springs and cables with new kit. Reinstalled dishwasher and side mounted to cabinet. Also cleaned filter and isntructed customer on how to clean dishwasher. Everything looks good now.

The thermostat was failing and sometimes not cycling the freezer on to cool. Today I replaced the thermostat. I set it to 5 and everything is on and running.

"The dryer would not turn the gas on at all. In order to correct this, I replaced the main coils for the gas valve. After replacement, the unit's gas turned on, and it heated up properly."

"Giving EC1 error. Its a MEMS sensor error. Unplugged sensor, made sure no broken wires. Plugged back in, did full test mode, gave error still. Quoted for sensor. Also let them know it could be a bad board. Board is too much. We will try sensor, and If that doesnt fix it, they will replace washer. ; ordrd 1 DC93-00278B (Mems sensor)"

The refrigerator was unplugged and defrosted when I arrived. I installed the new drain kit and defrosted the defrost drain line. I plugged the fridge back in and pushed it back into place. I advised the customer to give it 6 to 8 hours to cool down. The card was not saved. If card is on file please run the card if not contact the customer. ; used 1 DA82-01415A (DEFROST DRAIN AND CLEAN LINE) from stock

I installed the new pump housing. The filter does not want to go in the new housing all the way so it leaks. The customer will buy and new filter and try it. If the filter doesnt work and it still leaks then she will pay for a new housing assembly and some labor. . I added to pics. No card on file but she said we should have one. Someone there pushed on the latch with a butter knife. Now the latch wont reset when the door is open. I tried to fix it twice but it keeps getting stuck in the closed position. It needs a latch assembly. I can make it run and it drains just fine. It drains every time I try it. I found the drain hose does not have the high loop and there is no clamp holing it onto the garbage disposal. ; schdld next appmnt for 2/2 FRI !"

"Customer complaint is, OE ERROR CODE, THEY CLEANED FILTER. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump has failed. Customer approved repair. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is draining great. Washer is now fixed.

"Replaced right idler pulley and lubricated left one, replaced the control board with the bad relay. Tested machine and it was functioning properly, no longer squeaky."

"Customer complaint is, THE FAN IS SUPER LOUD WHEN THE COOLING MOTOR TURNS ON. Customer was seeing ice in the holes on the evaporator cover. Customer said the whole evaporator cover and fan were replaced for this same issue a couple years ago. Customer has never seen water on the floor of the FF compartment. Refrigerator has been unplugged sense yesterday morning. I removed evaporator cover and theres no ice buildup, its completely defrosted. Drain is open and both sensors test good. Heater came on in test mode. This doesnt have the extra loop that needs the add on heater. I cant find anything wrong. I installed drain kit and new defrost sensor.

"The customer complained that the oven would not turn on at all. I informed them that the igniter had failed and, in order to resolve the issue, a new igniter was needed. After installing the new one, the oven turned on fast and heated up properly.

"Customer complaint is, WON'T START. Inspected and tested. Washer is dead. Outlet is good and I have 120V at the board, but light is not lit up on the board. I removed board and inspected and didnt see anything visibly wrong. I reassembled and plugged back in and now the light came on on the board. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. Its either a failing board, a loose connection or bad wire. Customer is going to use it and see what happens."

"The customer complained that the unit was freezing vegetables. After my arrival, I checked and tested the unit, cycling all fans, and found that it works great. However, I discovered that this unit has issues if items are built up around it. As it is a free-standing unit, it requires a minimum of 2 inches of space around it for proper airflow; otherwise, the machine will overwork and start causing issues like the one reported. I confirmed that the unit was pushed all the way back, so I moved it out just a little bit to ensure easier airflow. The customer will monitor the unit for any improvements."

"Interlock switch housing had warped slightly allowing micro switches to come out of their place. Heated plastic and bent back into shape, and used a little foam tape to hold the switches securely. Housing NLA. Machine appears to be working correctly now."

"Knob was binding up and hard to turn. Disassembled knob and put oil on spindle, put it back together and started working in the oil. Knob seemed much better after this.
