I tipped washer back and the gearcase has been rubbing on the floor and the guard is cut up. I removed the guard and the belt is off and wore. I reassembled and started filling with water and the gearcase touches the floor when the washer is about halfway full with water. Quoted Wil $465. to install new suspension rods, belt and guard. "I now get errors when going into diagnostics F8 e4, f7 e1, f9 e1.I got F8E4 which is leak error which there was water in drip pan. I cleaned drip pan and started dishwasher and get F9E1 error (drain error) with no water or even before water would fill into dishwasher but then started running.I get a locked motor error (F7E1) and im not sure if this model is like Bosch that it sensing resistance of the motor to sense water level? Because this model uses flow meter for water entering dishwasher.PW: This call is far away and since its an intermittent issue problem that is making it hard for me to pinpoint the issue, do we want to keep running this call? Customer complaint is not heating and loud during tumble. Lets get up till about 130 and 140?. Unit has a long exhaust pipe removed the pipe and now getting temperatures right where they need to be around 190 to 170 on a medium heat. See photos. Shorten the vent reconnected tested was still about that 130 to 140 so it has a airflow issue. I am not able to clean the vent because its over the garage and I dont have a ladder to reach itjust out of reach for me. Remove the front cover of the dryer and found a piece of a sweater. The metal part of a string caught in the front bearing removed reassembled now it sounds good. Advised them to get the vent cleaned.

When I arrived I found the fresh food was not cooling and the fan was not running. The temp was 59 but the display showed 34. I put into FF for the fridge. The fan came on and the evaporator has a perfect frost pattern. I checked for fault codes and the only one that came up was for the FF fan disconnect. I reset the power to the fridge and reset the codes. Now the display shows the actual temp in the FF section of 59. The FF started to cool and the fan runs. When I left the temp was down to 54. The customer will give it a few days to cool.

"Customer is complaint is do not ceiling on top right corner. This is a big fresh food door on top freezer door on the bottom. Spoke with high send Techline there is no Bolton on it. He says it would need new hinges. Hes hinges can go for right or left side. As it sits, now looking at unit hinges are on the left side. One bolt is broken on the top left side. Techline recommends just switching the sides and starting over on the right side. Will need new top hinge and lower hinge. Also new bolts for the top and bottom hinges. And any kind of insert into the hinge itself to the door if there is one. The seal itself looks good and I think we dont need to replace that. I ran the dryer on time dry high heat. With the dryer hooked the high temp only got to 158 degrees. I disconnected the duct and now the high temp was 180. I hooked the dryer duct back up and let it cycle a few more times. The low temp would get down to 137 before it cycled back on. The high temp with the duct hooked up is about 179. I went outside and checked the airflow. The airflow is less than 4 mph. I put my brush in the duct and I was pulling out insulation and star. I think theres a nest in it. I advised the customer to call a duct cleaning company.
