Turn machine on and let it run through a quick cycle and it didnt seem to leak. Turn it on the Maxville setting and filled it all the way up.during the drain after this fill water started coming up from the floor drain underneath the machine. This is a plumbing issue not a appliance issue. Informed customer of findings and let them know that they will need to hire a plumber to fix this. There is no leak with the machine.

"WASH SPIN LID LOCK BLINKING. Customer said it gives the error after completing the cycle. It was giving the error after using every time, but ever sense they called it hasnt given the error to get a video. I cant get it to give an error while testing. I called tech line, and he had me check continuity on the motor board and it tested good, so without knowing what error there was, he didnt recommend replacing anything. I advised customer next time it happens to get a video and let us know what it is."

A huge block of ice was on the fresh food back wall. Beko tech advisor said it could have happened from a door ajar too long. The customer did mention the door has been ajar a few times. For now I defrosted the ice. If it comes back we need to call tech line and have the sensors checked.

"On arrival, customer states they need me to check that the timer was set correctly on the machine and stated that the machine had thrown a breaker a couple times. Opened up the timer and inspected it. It was set for 45 min cycles and was operating correctly. Opened up the machine and looked for possible shorts but didnt find any. Checked customer venting and found it to be very blocked. Cleaned vent and informed customer. Tested machine and it seems to be working properly now."

"UI is dead. Went through all the troubleshooting steps. Found the main pcb is good but UI is bad. Customer has been without a washer for a bit and told me if it wasnt something that could be fixed today, they would not want to fix it, but instead replace. When I found the UI they asked what it costs and I told them what it retails for. They asked if anything else could be going out in the near future. They said its been loud. I looked underneath and found a uniform line of oil built up sprayed around the inside of the cabinet, coming from gearcase. I let them know thats a sign that the gearcase will eventually need to be replaced, and they said for sure they do not want to fix it. They want to go the route of buying a new one. "Taking 6 hours to dry clothes. Found a good deal of moisture inside dryer. Bulkhead is clean. Then noticed that lint trap is completely plugged with dryer sheet residue. Took airflow test outside, and it was zero. The vent flap outside wouldnt even open, due to zero air flow. I then scrubbed off lint screen, and then did airflow check again, and it was 13 mph. The screen ripped though when I was scrubbing it, so we need to have square trade send a new screen to customer. Also need to return parts that square trade sent. Customer is complaint is leaking out the front. It was a bunch of soap leaking out the front. On arrival open the door and its crazy amount of soap. checked the food disposal to see if the plug was knocked out. The plug was knocked out. Its just customers using the platinum packet. Also customer ended up putting a container in there with extra dish soap. Explained platinum packets have a lot of dish soap plus adding more dish soap will definitely cause this issue. They do rinse their dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I suggested getting more of basic packet to put in the unit ran unit cut it with vegetable oil and got the suds out. Never leaked once while running it multiple times. Explain to customer being on the ninth level I would suggest putting some water sensors underneath it to be safe

Looks like possible hard water staining on valve but never a drop. Filled and drained multiple times and no leaks. "Last time we installed the new main pcb, it was defective and wouldnt allow us to run through calibration or any tests, so we did a factory reset of original board and it made it to 11 minutes. Today I installed a new board and it allowed me to do the calibration cycle, and then full test mode. All components worked this time. I then put on a drain and spin and it progrsssed well through that. I then put it on a quick wash with a beach towel in it, and it started at 27 minutes and progressed all the way down to the final spin. I left when there was 1 minute left. Everything filling, agitating, draining and spinning good."

Igniter was intermittent. It seemed like it was not getting consistent or from the timer. After some extensive testing on the timer discovered the timer is not the issue. "Customer said washer only fills up a couple inches on the heavy duty, large, cold setting. I ran it 4 times on that setting and it fills up 14. On small setting it fills up 4. I spoke with SQ tech support and they said thats correct. Another company replaced the pressure sensor a year ago for this issue. Since we couldnt get it to reproduce the issue, customer will use and if it has problem again in next 70 days, no trip charge for the return trip. Quote is attached. Best guess is it accidentally got set to auto fill. She fills it first and then puts her clothes in. On auto, which is next to large, it would only do a couple inches if no clothes are in there."

"Customer states the unit is not getting up to the correct temperature. Removed the racks and checked the igniter, found the igniter had a low amp draw, cycled and tested. Found the unit only got about 130 degrees before the gas valve cut out. Found the igniter was on no gas. Unplugged the harness to the valve and plugged back in. Found corrosion on the one terminal. Plugged the unit back in and turned on the unit preheated, opened the door and checked the unit did not have any issues.

"Dishwasher is unresponsive. Staff here said that maintenance took dishwasher apart and couldnt figure it out. I tried running it and it gave an 888 inlet error. Full of water though. I took apart air gap and found a big piece of debris blocking drainage. I cleaned it out, and tried to run it but dishwasher wouldnt run. I then put into service mode and ran through a full service mode and cleared error codes. After doing a reset, it runs great now."

"Tenant said they got an F20 error which is heater or acu relay failure. Tenant said they unplugged washer and gave it some time and ever since then its run fine. That was a couple weeks ago. I put it into service mode and ran it through a full automatic service cycle test, and it ran great the whole way through. Tenant said they sometimes use two or three tide pods for a cycle. I told them not to use more than one, and recommended afresh. I could see a lot of detergent suds during test. Showed that to tenant. Looks like board just needed a hard reset. Fill, wash, drain and spin work great.
