I used my thermocouple and ran it on bake, and after 6 minutes it was up to 306 already, and the tenants read 200. They said it never gets more than 250 when they have it set to 350. I took apart the inside and inspected everything and cant find anything failing. Told maintenance that tenant needs a better thermometer, and maintenance agreed.

Freezer temperature is 3F and FF is 37F. I found a service bulletin for this issue and it has you check the connection at the back of the control housing in the FF compartment. I checked the connection and it was seated completely, but when I mess with it the lights flicker and fan goes off and on. I inspected the connector and it looks good. I think theres a short on the wall connector side and thats not replaceable. I called Wil and and explained we could try replacing the wire harness, but Im not confident its going to make a difference. He approved replacing harness. "Installed new door lock from last diagnosis once installed tested multiple times. Customer said it was still leaking out the front of the dispenser. The drawer itself is a little loose, so will order a new drawer ship it directly to the customer. Also called Techline They said it Hass to be too much soap in there, if for some reason that doesnt fix it, they said they do have a water pressure reducer. Customer says they have low water pressure there seem like it was gushing in a little bit but when its running normally with no soap, theres no leakage. Also, he said it was still walking on the spin cycle. They do have a anchor kit, but customer has a built-in unit so he has cabinet around the unit explained he would have to have that completely removed so I could install this properly because I cannot slide it in. I took temp and the temp was 21 degrees. I powered the freezer of for 5 minutes then back on. After 15 minutes then compressor could not start and tripped the overload. The amp draw when it tried to start was 7.5 amps. I installed a new start device relay. The compressor came right on and draws 1.5 amps. No other issue found and all are running.

"Customer states it sometimes doesnt drain and sometimes they have to cancel the cycle out to get it to drain again so that it will start running again. Put it into a test mode and tested the drain and it did appear to drain, but it was kind of weak and slow and had a stored error code for failure to drain.went ahead and pulled the machine out and pulled the pump off and there were some gunk inside of the pump and it seemed like it was not 100% freely spinning. Went ahead and cleaned out the pump housing and replaced the pump. Used my vacuum to clean out drain hose and reconnected. Tested and it seems much much better now."

"Returned with part, removed the lower shelf and drawers, removed the water filter unit. Removed old lines. Tried removing the ice maker, had to steam the ice maker compartment in order to remove the ice maker. Removed all the ice buildup in the ice maker. Showed the customer that their ice bin is broken on the back the customer will continue using until there is a problem. Flushed the water out of the dispenser making sure to get all the air out."

"Three parts that need to be replaced. In inner panel of the door, the outer metal panel, and the black plastic assembly inside the door, under the panel. That assembly is stripped out. Inner panel is warped and sits too far separate from outer panel when theyre attached. Outer panel is bent up. I wasnt able to get it back into form, and it is damaging cabinets. "Upon arrival, I removed the old compressor and flush the system with nitrogen. At this point, it seemed as though there could possibly be a blockage in the high side, and so I used high-pressure nitrogen to attempt to flush it out. It appeared to have worked, and I was able to get the blockage out-of-the-way. Replace the failed compressor with a new compressor and soldered it in. Check the seal system for leaks. Pull the vacuum and then charge the system with refrigerant. Let the machine run for a bit and check the freezer temperature at 37?. "Icemaker fan sounds funny and Ice is all melted together. Found a broken I icemaker. Verified in test mode that other fans sound great. Water dispenses slow. Replaced bad main water valve. Now water flows much better. Still not perfect, but water coming to fridge is 40 psi. Replaced bad icemaker. Cycled it, it rotated and filled. Also, fridge not level. Leaning way back. I leveled it so its level now. Also, fridge was back against wall in alcove. Customer said its running constantly. Was set at 35 in ff. I set to 38, and pulled out 2 from wall."

I told customer to be sure to have multiple rugs if theyre doing rugs, and to make sure things are evenly distributed. Also, advised to not put detergent cup in washer when its washing. Found the utility tub wasnt draining, and gave customer tips on how to get drain unplugged so water doesnt siphon back into washer. Inspected washer. It runs great. No other issues. Let it go through a full cycle on normal eco, full of towels and it ran great."

"When you try and run the dryer, it makes a humming sound but wont run. Prior, it made a loud rumbling sound. Customer said that something was stuck in the lint trap and his cousin used a ruler to push it down. His auntie says that it shakes. I took dryer apart and found a black sock stuck in blower wheel housing and wrapped around blower wheel. Was able to unwrap sock from blower wheel and clean out other debris. Now filter goes all the way down and dryer runs nice and quiet."

Theres an error flashing on the display, but its from the lid being opened with water in the drum. I ran washer through service diagnostics and theres no other errors and everything worked great. I started a quick wash cycle and it filled, agitated, drained and spun and sounds completely normal. Washer is testing good and I cant get it to make any abnormal noises. Plug the machine in and check the compressor machine compartment area and found a loop of tubing going from the condensate pan loop to the condenser that was leaking oil. It appears that the refrigerant has leaked out of the system and that is wide is no longer cooling. Will need to repair this joint and install service port. Evacuate the system and recharge with refrigerant. Did not know what to quote customer please contact Phil and reach out to the customer for price and scheduling. "Customers main complaint is not making ice and filling up bucket for water than freezing. Also freezer door not closing and opening properly. Found that the icemaker is broken. This is a double molder icemaker one of the motors isnt working it needs to be replaced as the unit. Quoted bluebook customer agreed price. Also found that the cables for the freezer door rollers is busted customer rather not replace it so just cut out the cables that were binding up. Now, freezer door open and shut properly, but wont automatically shut.
