"NOISEY. Customer said that when it fills the washer is loud. Sounds like its coming from the valve. The valve has already been replaced by Warner Stellians for this and she said it got worse. I ran washer through test mode and went back and forth through all the valves and they sound good, except when they shut off theres a little noise. I tried calling Electrolux and there closed for the Easter holiday. I started a normal cycle with towels on the same settings that the customer had when it made the noise and it sounded normal. I watched it for about 30 minutes and still nothing. Can someone call Electrolux next week and see what they want to do? There is a service bulletin for noise from the valve after replacing, but says its normal and will go away with time. ; saved tckt"

Low side pressure was -25 psi, indicative of a high side, pressure leak inspected the high side tubing and found a crack in the tubing between the dryer and the three-way valve. Went to test the unit and found the water was slow. Shut the water off and removed each hose, found rust build in both. Cleaned out the filters and turned the water back on. Cycled and tested the unit pumps out and no leaks from the door"

"Cooling fan is running really loud. Replaced the bad cooling fan. Also the error code that the range was giving was for something. There is a service bulletin for. Related to electronic interference with certain wires under the cooktop. Spoke with tech-support and they sent me the service bulletin. I took off the cooktop and did the relocation of all the wires, and also did everything else in the service bulletin. Lastly, the leg was not attached and the unit was not level which is not covered under warranty. Customer asked if they could pay us to take care of that. So we fix the leg and got the unit level. Charged $39 labor. RJ per our conversation. Can you submit this for authorization to the warranty company to see if they will pay anything for the extra labor of fixing the service bulletin issue. That added on about an extra hour of labor. Everything runs and works great now and there are no error codes.."

"Complaint from tenant is it isnt heating. I checked igniter, which ignites well. Tenant has cheap thermometer. I used my thermocouple and ran it on bake, and after 6 minutes it was up to 306 already, and the tenants read 200. They said it never gets more than 250 when they have it set to 350. I took apart the inside and inspected everything and cant find anything failing. Told maintenance that tenant needs a better thermometer, and maintenance agreed.

"LIGHTS ARE FLICKERING - NOT COOLING. Customer said that this exact issue has already been fixed about a year ago. Customer said that when the lights flicker, the cooling problem starts. Freezer temperature is 3F and FF is 37F. I found a service bulletin for this issue and it has you check the connection at the back of the control housing in the FF compartment. I checked the connection and it was seated completely, but when I mess with it the lights flicker and fan goes off and on. I inspected the connector and it looks good. I think theres a short on the wall connector side and thats not replaceable. I called Wil and and explained we could try replacing the wire harness, but Im not confident its going to make a difference. He approved replacing harness. "Installed new door lock from last diagnosis once installed tested multiple times. Customer said it was still leaking out the front of the dispenser. The drawer itself is a little loose, so will order a new drawer ship it directly to the customer. Also called Techline They said it Hass to be too much soap in there, if for some reason that doesnt fix it, they said they do have a water pressure reducer. Customer says they have low water pressure there seem like it was gushing in a little bit but when its running normally with no soap, theres no leakage. Also, he said it was still walking on the spin cycle. They do have a anchor kit, but customer has a built-in unit so he has cabinet around the unit explained he would have to have that completely removed so I could install this properly because I cannot slide it in. I took temp and the temp was 21 degrees. I powered the freezer of for 5 minutes then back on. After 15 minutes then compressor could not start and tripped the overload. The amp draw when it tried to start was 7.5 amps. I installed a new start device relay. The compressor came right on and draws 1.5 amps. No other issue found and all are running.

"Customer states it sometimes doesnt drain and sometimes they have to cancel the cycle out to get it to drain again so that it will start running again. Put it into a test mode and tested the drain and it did appear to drain, but it was kind of weak and slow and had a stored error code for failure to drain.went ahead and pulled the machine out and pulled the pump off and there were some gunk inside of the pump and it seemed like it was not 100% freely spinning. Went ahead and cleaned out the pump housing and replaced the pump. Used my vacuum to clean out drain hose and reconnected. Tested and it seems much much better now."
