"Washer shakes a bit during spin. Located on upper level, unit has self-leveling feet on back and the front adjustable feet had vibration pads. Replaced shocks, re-leveled front feet and found the front vibration pads make it vibrate more so I did not re-install them. Washer has less vibration than before. Mentioned to customer that washers are going to have some vibration, especially on the second level and to remember to balance the weight of the wash load as evenly as possible to minimize vibrations."

LOUD HUMMING ALL THE TIME EXCEPT WHEN COMPRESSOR TURNS OFF WHEN DOOR IS OPENED. Refrigerator sounds great when I got here. I ran it through test mode and all tested good. "The lower foot of the built in, double wall oven does not have much spring at the top of its glide, the customer would like it up close like the top door (with a good amount of force). I tried to adjust the springs on either side with some success, but the door still didnt snap shut. The hinges are square to the door, the oven door frame is square, the springs that are inside the lower door hinge assemblies have worn out and would need to be replaced in order for the door to close like new. The customer would also like an estimate about installing an electric burner receptacle for their combo refrigerator, water faucet/sink and two burner unit. To unplug this machine , plumbing may need to be disconnected, the receptacle replacement isnt hard but accessing what we need to for safety measures and plumbing protection are what make it difficult. "The resident does not have water flow to the in door dispenser or the ice maker. There was a blockage of ice where the ice maker fill spout comes into the ice maker. Theres voltage to the solenoid inlet valve at the back of the refrigerator but theres zero water flow to the dispenser, same for ice maker when it calls for water. The solenoid valve needs to be replaced to restore the water functions on the refrigerator. The water filter is expired too, needs to be replaced. "Customer states that the fridge is intermittently warm still. Went ahead and opened up the freezer section and discovered that frost had built up again over the evaporator cover around the fan. Went ahead and tested the defrost system and it appears that the defrost system is working correctly, upon further inspection, discovered that the damper door for the icemaker was stuck open. Disassembled the dispenser and discovered a failed micro switch for the dispenser. Replace the micro switch that the dispenser could close and fixed the arm. I think that the frost built up was just as a result of this dispenser being stuck open, and the quick frosting was what was causing the machine to stop cooling in the fridge, even though the Defrost system was still functioning. Everything checks out now but we should check in with this customer in a couple of days. Otherwise this is done.; used 1 MICRO7 (ES16802 3/16' MICROSWITCH) from stock"

Unit was pulled out for further testing.Copper lines on compressor appear to have been re-soldered at some point and are sloppily connected.I also found electrical connector to water valve was unplugged. Plugged in and still does not pass water to the icemaker on demand in diagnostics. Board is sending out 120VAC to water valve constantly whether its on or off, but when connected to the water valve, voltage drops to 0 whether it is in test mode or not. "Theyve had the fridge serviced a few times for the issue of evaporator getting all frosted up. Icemaker also has issue where it gets all iced up and doesnt work. I installed a new drain kit, because it did not have a drain kit installed prior and drains were plugged up. Also installed extra heater, and new temp sensor. Noticed at end of repair that the back of the fridge has rust and moisture coming through, due to insulation break down in cabinet. This will most likely cause future frosting issues. Also, 22E fresh food fan error keeps popping up now. I power cycled it 5 times but it persists. Needs new evaporator cover assembly. But spoke with FW and RJ and need to submit for authorization because of the 22E error. ; O-emld tckt"

"Theres a rubbing and grinding noise coming from the inner cabinet when the drum is in motion. No error codes, I didnt find any objects making contact with hardware, the drum is whole, nothing odd with that. The idler pulley wheel was found defective, it would wobble on the belt when in motion. The drum wheels are solid, not loose or out of shape. Put the machine back together and turned it on and the dryer sounds brand new, no odd sounds and it heats without issues."

Cut out 4 ft of flex vent. Now air can flow well straight out. 185 inside dryer before shortening vent. 185 after. Runs great now."

"Verify the customers complaint that sometimes the door does not close all the way, and they cannot cancel a cycle to select another cycle. I replaced the two distributor parts that were sent. I explained the sequence of waking up the control and canceling a cycle then select a new cycle. The sequence is not exactly the most user-friendly sequence, but it does work if entered properly. No other issues found.
