BACKSTORY

I’m Delton, and I am excited to be a part of Omega Force Appliance Repair. I live in the Twin Cities South Metro with my wife Heidi, and our two boys, Logan and Owen. I worked with Phil for five years as a repair technician at the same well-known service company mentioned earlier and — like Phil — I can service most appliances. My appliance repair service area is focused on the south metro. I enjoy sports, especially playing on my church softball team and playing basketball, and as a family we love camping up north every summer.

Dryer Repair. Inline dryer vent blower motor making loud rattling noise and shakes the floor. Found that the blower wheel was clogged with much of lint causing the fan blade to go out of balance and vibrate loudly. Cleaned blower, tested and now blower fan runs quiet and no vibration. Working good.

We have service plan via Home Depot & they use Omega Force. Besides taking a little bit of time to get repair set up with Home Depot, I appreciate the communication via text, email, & I could even call and talk to a person at Omega Force to change schedule. I especially like the text day before and day of repair, so we know the more specific arrival time and we can even track the appointment. Delton was great to work with. Thank you.
