"Lid lock was stuck in locked position and wont unlock. Replaced lid lock and lid strike, tested and washer now locks and unlocks. Washer runs and is working good."

ER 65 error. Called speed queen and they said that service bulletin to replace the UI with Version 5 and thatll fix the problem. Replaced UI with new version. Tested and washer starts and all functions are working good.

Tested defrost and heater not coming on. Found that there was bad solder joints on relay. Cleaned and resoldered joints. Tested and defrost heater now turns on and refrigerator is defrosting. Refrigerator is working good.

None of the Cooktop burners are igniting when turning knob. Found that there is no power. Found that the outlet is chained off of GFCI outlet that was tripped. Reset GFI and cooktop now ignites and is working good. I showed customer what to look for if it happens again. Cooktop is working good.

"It is the actuator making the grinding noise again as its is trying to shift from agitate to spin. Strange that it would be another failure of part but upon inspection nothing else seems to be an issue. Only other part would clutch but seems ok. I went ahead and replaced both clutch assembly and actuator. Tested and washer shifts between spin and agitate smoothly. Washer is working good am im here.
