"Cooling issues. Took temps when I got here. 1 degree in fz and 40.8 in ff but thats with two bags of ice in ff. Took off fz evap panel, and its frosted perfectly, but when I took off ff section evaporation panel, it has a big ice ball. .48 amp draw on compressor. Sealed system issue. Please follow up with customer. Their complaint went all the way up to the president of LG. ; O-emld tckt"

"Giving CO error, door doesnt always lock, and dispenser leaks. CO is a known issue that requires both boards to be replaced. Tested for continuity on wires between boards, and checked voltage. Both test good. SQ said to order both boards, and that water leakage is because water pressure to washer is too strong. Need special washers that go on house side of hoses. And need wire harness. Ordered all. Coming back next week to install. Need two time blocks. ; ordrd 2 802254 (WASHER FLOW RESTRICTOR REDUCER)s and 1 807346 (Harness) and 1 808149 (ASSY,FLW OUTPUT CONTROL 2(120VAC)) and 1 808160 (ASSY BLU FLW CNTL HOME H6)"

The icemaker filled with water and made ice does not dispense ice. The icemaker here is bad and needs a new icemaker.; schdld next appmnt for 4/30 TUE !

Main pcb under the fridge making a clicking sound. Ordered new board. BB ticket attached. ; ordrd 1 5304504032 (Main PCB)

Installed part from last diagnosis. Working good now.
