Complaint is unit not washing. Found that the motors never kicking on but getting power. Found that it has a bad motor replaced sump assembly tested multiple times for leaks. Everything is working properly.

Install new drain pump from last diagnosis. Once installed test multiple times to make sure they had no leaks and was draining properly. Everything is good on the unit now.

Customer complaint is unit not draining. Customer cleaned out filter already. Inspected unit found that the drain pump is bad to propellers is coming loose and went cockeyed. Will need new pump pulled blue book for new pump. I used my truck stock pumps yesterday I dont have one on the truck. Rescheduled customer for Friday to finish finish repair.; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP ASSM - MOTOR SOLD SEPARATELY) from stock

Install control board from last Diagnosis once installed tested multiple times and working properly.

Well, I put it in a high-speed spin seems like it has some resistance, and when I open the lid, stop right away this assembled unit looked at the clutch and found the spring on. The clutch is over expanded and dragging the unit down. quoted for a new clutch. Also recommended a new call coupling because its the old weaker style. Customer approved installed parts tested unit agitate good now and spins out clothing.
