The compliant I got was no heat. The dryer heats good. The high heat was around 165. The air flow is good. The dryer is getting 216 lots. That reduced voltage can cause longer dry times. No defect to the dryer. Dryer tested good. I called and left a message.

The customer said it has never heated. I found a wire off the thermistor. I put the wire back on and tested the dishwasher. It now heats.

ROCKING AND ROLLING - UNBALANCED. HOSE SMACKS AGAINST WALL. This is a brand new washer. Customer said every load they did it was shaking and banging. I tipped washer up and inspected underneath and everything looks good. Theres no stored errors. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. I had customer put a load of clothes in washer and we started a quick wash cycle and I watched it through the entire cycle and worked perfectly. The only noise I hear is from the drain hose hitting against the back of the washer. I put a zip tie on the hose to prevent it from vibrating against the back of the washer and its much quieter. Otherwise washer is testing and working great.

"SEEMS LIKE THERE'S NO WATER COMING IN. Found the water was shut off underneath the sink. Turned it on and tested, dishwasher is filling and washing great. Dishwasher is now fixed."
