Aaron was on time and quickly solved the issue with my Speedqueen washer. Left me a cell number in case I had any issues. I needed to have the washing machine go through a complete wash cycle.

Nate was excellent. He diagnosed the issues regarding my washing machine. He explained everything that was done. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I would also like to commend the people from Omega Force Appliance Repair who I spoke to on the phone who were excellent as well.

Aaron was awesome! Smart, polite, and fast! Aaron was able to address my dishwasher issue and fix it with lightning speed! 10/10 would hire him again! Give that man a raise!!!

I had a wonderful experience from the time of initiating contact to get scheduled up until the problem was resolved. My parent's electronic keypad on their oven died and what a shock to find out that it could be sent out to be repaired because that oven is 30+ years old. From my initial contact I was given updates on the status of the part being shipped out along with some information on what oven(s) to not buy if it could not be repaired. Nate who was my technician was so kind and courteous. I absolutely love this business and tell anyone who has issues that they need to contact them to get their appliances up and running again.
