"Rust falling on tub ring from underside of cover. Uninstalled cover and sanded, cleaned and sprayed white rustoleum paint on underside of cover. Customer will give it 24-48 hours to really set. Cleaned up tub ring. See attached photos. Customer supplied sand paper and towels and drip cloth.

"MAKING A LONG BEEPING NOISE. Found a water alarm behind the washer. Theres no sign of water on the floor. I ran washer through a rinse and spin and theres no leaks. The valve at the wall has moisture on it and has been leaking, but doesnt appear to be leaking on the floor. I showed this to the customer and advised on having a plumber come replace the valve. Looks like the noise was just coming from the water alarm because the batteries were dying."

"Replaced broken door latch, but also ended up fining a bad main board. Tried reaching GPM to quote for board as well. Not sure what to charge. I went ahead and fixed it. Runs great now. For me it’s a learning experience as to how and why things need replacement- That said, Phillip was explaining/answering my q’s while working and training a new tech. Talk about multitasking!
Overall, I’m so happy i read other reviews bc it doesn’t waste my time.
Communication was spot on. knowledge ++ and kindness, efficiency is always the best. They came w the part so no waiting for another appt!
I told him he better give me a magnet for my appliances bc i’ll be calling them again!

Matt is very professional and very easy to talk to. He understood our problem with our KENMORE WASHER. He pulled the entire washer apart and did some tweaking here and there and now the machine runs like like it did in its glory days. Plus he had given us an estimate on what it would cost to repair if the washer finally as they GIVE UP THE SHIP !
