"Customer is complained as unit making a humming noise after some testing we found out that the compressor is making a vibration noise, and nothing is touching it. You open the door as a certain spot it makes a vibration, noise and humming noise you shut it it ends I found that all amounts is rusting out on the cabinet itself and theres no good repair. I leveled it as best I can to make rid of the noise and explain to customer.

Turned on cycle icemaker once water started leaking out of the hose in the back also not getting any voltage when pressing the dispenser button. "Complaint is that the dishwasher doesnt wash well sometimes. I checked water hardness level, and its a 1.5 on a scale of 0 to 25, so its soft. I put into test mode, and found that it fills great. Customer mentioned that sometimes lately when it runs, it hasnt been circulating the water loudly. In test mode motor is getting 120 VAC but not circulating water. And diverter is leaking. Grabbed new sump and motor assembly from Sundberg and installed. Runs great now.

"Ran washer for an hour. Called Asko. Checked all hoses and everything Asko said to check. Zero leaks. No evidence of leaking. Washer runs great. I had a load of towels running and noticed with no detergent in there that there was a ton of suds. I told customer to cut way back on their HE detergent usage. I also recommended flood sensors. Theyll get flood sensors and cut way back on detergent usage. Since oversudzing can cause leaks, and also they will make sure to keep gasket clean."

Replaced bad housing assembly. Works great now.
