Thor Range Repair. Customer complaint as oven not heating up broil. Is only thing that works. found that the bake igniter was bad. Replaced igniter tested units working properly.

Install new water valve from last diagnosis. Cycled 6 cups about 20 ounces of water to check for leaks. Also cycled icemaker. Everythings working properly with no leaks.

Complaint is not responding all the buttons light up, but wont do anything. Disassembled unit unit has been a part once before. Found that belt was broken. We have a kit that has a belt plus the front slides/bearing. Front bearings were getting worn out. Quoted blue book installed parts oiled up back bearing and idler pulley. Reassembled tested unit working good.

Installed parts from last diagnosi. once reassembled tested multiple times units working properly.
