"Customer complaint is unit not making ice properly have some cubes but also a bucket full of ice now. Also had some cables laying around inside the freezer department, which is from the drawer itself. The cables are for the door closure unit. Removed them so they didnt get caught cause theyre broken. Quoted customer on parts for that they declined. Because door still works and they are very expensive to replace. Reason for icemaker issue is one of the motors failed so one is making ice and dispensing it. Installed element from last diagnosis. Once installed tested and unit is working properly

"Customer getting the E9 code. Which is a heater code removed heater pump assembly. Measured resistance found that it was open, which is bad swapped out for the new pump assembly once installed tested multiple times for leaks. Everythings working properly and unit is heating."

Unit not heating removed back cover tested thermostats found a bad thermostat. Quoted and installed part then cleaned up everything inside dryer and also tested airflow. Was getting 17 mph flow outside. Everything is working properly.
