Console panel is completely cracked. Needs new panel. Leaks was due to panel cracked and the door not seating right. I adjusted panel and no longer leaks but needs new panel. Ordering art Console panel 1765070189 and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 1765070189 (Console panel)

"Customer says room gets very hot and clothes are still wet when cycle is complete. Vent was disconnected on arrival. Tested temperature with vent disconnected, drum cavity heated normally. connected vent and the dryer heat spiked and now the unit short cycles, clues point to clogged vent. Vent runs approximately 40 feet with numerous 90 degree bends, recommend cleaning the vent.Dryer itself is working and cycling heat good with vent disconnected.Called warranty company contact and explained to her that they will need to get dryer vent cleaned since its on 2nd floor and has a long run."

Removed a build up of lint from the blower wheel assembly and replaced the damaged vent tube on the back of the dryer. Checked the dryer for proper function after repairs were completed. Checked the air flow and heat in drum.

"Removed a food clog from the DW drain hose and inspected unit for leaks, added a high loop in the drain hose."

Replaced all 4 damper shocks sent by ST. Tested with load of towels and washer now goes into full spin. No errors. Washer is working good.
