Samsung Washer repair. This is a vibration sensor error. Customer said it would just fill, drain and repeat until it errors out. I tipped washer up and inspected sensor and wiring and the connector was a little loose. I started a quick wash cycle with a load and it completed perfectly. Washer is testing good.

FREEZER ICE MAKER HAS MADE LOUD KNOCKING NOISE FROM DAY 1 WHEN MAKING ICE, TOP ICE MAKER STOPPED MAKING ICE A WHILE AGO. Freezer is 0F and FF is 40F. Customer is not really concerned about the top ice maker. Found the bottom ice maker is overfilling and dumping water into the basket. Its clicking because its having trouble cycling with the cubes frozen together. I adjusted water fill level and tested. Cycled ice maker twice and it is filling with the proper amount of water.

LOUD HUMMING ALL THE TIME EXCEPT WHEN COMPRESSOR TURNS OFF WHEN DOOR IS OPENED. Refrigerator sounds great when I got here. I ran it through test mode and all tested good. I removed the evaporator cover and evaporator and fan look good. I reassembled and now theres a vibration noise coming from the evaporator cover. We wedged a piece of wood in between the cover and wall and now it sounds great.

Verified the noise was from the ice maker. The ice maker was turned on but not hooked to water. I cycled ice maker and the customer confirmed. I turned the ice maker off and checked the temps. Temps are normal.

The bake buttons do not respond. I tested the outlets and they are good. I called tech line and he said to replace the user interface and the whole panel.
