When I called for service Hyrum was at the house within 2 hours to check out the problem. He was polite and knowledgeable. He wasted no time and got the needed part ordered. Omega kept in touch so I knew when the part came in. Hyrum was on time and my dryer was fixed with no issues. I will use Omega again.
