We have service plan via Home Depot & they use Omega Force. Besides taking a little bit of time to get repair set up with Home Depot, I appreciate the communication via text, email, & I could even call and talk to a person at Omega Force to change schedule. I especially like the text day before and day of repair, so we know the more specific arrival time and we can even track the appointment. Delton was great to work with. Thank you.
