BACKSTORY

Hi, I’m Tad! I’ve been in the appliance repair field for two years, but my experience goes beyond that. I’ve also run my own business, worked as a painter, and managed properties. These experiences have given me a well-rounded skill set, but appliance repair has become my true passion.

Outside of work, I love spending time golfing, fishing, and cheering on my favorite sports teams—especially the Vikings! I’m also a big animal lover, so if you’ve got pets (as long as they don’t bite), I’d love to meet them while I’m at your home.

MISSION PROFILE

One thing I always tell my customers is that I love meeting pets during service calls. If you have animals that don’t bite, feel free to introduce them— it’s always a highlight of my day!

Customer states dishwasher not draining, hasnt ran in two months. Filter was dirty so I dug into that and there was gunk all over the sump. Took it all the way apart and found plastic wrapped around chopper blade. Cleaned out gunk and removed plastic. Put it back together and tested. Unit now working as it should

Customer states dishes not getting clean, has a little grime after cycle. Filter clean, spray arms clear and moving, water level good and heating. Called tech line and he put me into diagnostic and checked for error codes. It popped a pressure sensor code. Tech line said that if she uses more than a teaspoon of liquid detergent it will pop that code and turn off the heater resulting in dirty dishes. She filled the dispenser completely full. Tech line said this will absolutely result in dirty dishes. Advised customer to use no more than a teaspoon of liquid detergent and it should run great. File# 1009565256
