BACKSTORY

Hi, I’m Tad! I’ve been in the appliance repair field for two years, but my experience goes beyond that. I’ve also run my own business, worked as a painter, and managed properties. These experiences have given me a well-rounded skill set, but appliance repair has become my true passion.

Outside of work, I love spending time golfing, fishing, and cheering on my favorite sports teams—especially the Vikings! I’m also a big animal lover, so if you’ve got pets (as long as they don’t bite), I’d love to meet them while I’m at your home.

MISSION PROFILE

One thing I always tell my customers is that I love meeting pets during service calls. If you have animals that don’t bite, feel free to introduce them— it’s always a highlight of my day!

Customer states unit not getting power. Checked outlet, no power. Breaker was flipped. Flipped breaker and determined dishwasher was tripping breaker. Checked power box on dishwasher and they had it wired in backwards. Re wired and dishwasher now functioning properly.

Customer states unit was leaking when they used it over the weekend. Pulled unit and ran it outside of cabinet. Drain pump was leaking, it was not twisted on all the way. Reinstalled drain pump and ran outside of cabinet, no leaks. Installed unit back under counter and ran again, no leaks. Unit is now draining properly with low leaks present

Customer states unit not cleaning properly. States that upper rack I worse than lower. Removed upper spray arm and found a bunch of gunk caught in the catch and coming out of holes. Cleaned out filter and Cleaned out both spray arms the best I could since theyre nla and advised customer to use power scrub. Unit should be working much better without all that gunk.
