"Oven door handle was loose. Because it was loose it scratched the front panel right above the handle. I used loctite and adjusted handle so that you cant see the scratch, and its nice and tight. Told customer to give it a couple hours for the loctite to set. Nice and firm now though."

"Customer states that the flame would occasionally go out when switching from a high setting to the lowest setting on the front right knob. Went ahead and adjusted the minimum flame setting just attach so that it wouldnt go out when blown on or waving a hand at. Appears to be working, much better now."

"Customer stated while in bake the temperature would get to temp then not keep the temp. Customer was shipped the igniter, removed old igniter and installed new igniter. Cycled and tested the unit now heats as it should"

Installed all parts. All functions tested afterwards and everything checks good.

"User interface isnt the most responsive and relays will randomly click on the board. Also, the front right burner control knob is very flaky. I installed new main pcb that ST sent but its not compatible with UI board and touchpad itself seems questionable. Requesting that ST send a UI board, touchpad, and burner switch assembly. I brought new main PCB with me when I left (reinstalled the old one so they could still use the range until we come back). Also, the PCB they sent was EBR87050401. Not sure if thats correct? The one I find on the parts site is EBR80595403. If EBR80595403 is what we need then I would need ST to send that as well. EBR80595403 is needed, as is EBR80595403 and EBF62174902. ; O-emld tckt"
