It says you just need to separate the cable so there not touching each other. I separated the ribbon cables. Reassembled and tested. Microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed. If they have this problem again. We will need to replace the touchpad assembly. The touchpad assembly is NLA. Microwave is white and part number is WPW10258189."

The dryer duct is completely restricted. The duct exits to high for me to test air flow outside. The heat would get to 170 then lower and lower every time it cycled. When it did cycle the heat did not last long. With my interior vent tester the air flow is poor. I advised the customer call someone to clean it ASAP.

"The customer said her daughter ran a big load and it went off balance. During the off balance the washer had a smoking smell. The customer turned it off for a while then started a spin again to get the water out. I found the agitator dogs are worn out, I tried to remove the bolt for the agitprop but it so rusted the head it worn away. I cannot remove the bolt. The bolt would need to be drilled and then probably would need a new gear case. The gear case is not covered. Other then that issue the washer is working fine.

"The lower left half which is the freezer is not cooling as good as it should. The temperatures are in the high 20s and 30s and it should be down to zero. I removed the freezer cover and found no frost just moisture on the evaporator, I put the refrigerator into a diagnostic mode and cycled the compressor on 100% to cool that lower left freezer section. After some time evaporator never developed any frost. I switched units see if they would cool better but the result was the same. The error codes in the history were for the freezer and ice compartment warming. The issue is a sealed system leak.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested dryer. Found the thermal fuse has failed. Installed new fuse and tested. Dryer cycled all the way to 260F before I shut it off. Air flow on outside of house is only 13mph and the back of dryer is 25mph. With dryer vent disconnected, heat is cycling consistently between 230-125F. The venting is the issue here. Dryer vent is the flexible foil material. Advised customer that dryer vent needs to be cleaned or replaced before customer uses dryer. Dryer is now fixed. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"

Not cleaning and film build-up. Upon arrival and inspection I found the customers water was extremely hard. The dishwasher was 90% plugged with a heavy mineral buildup. Unit is unusable and current state. I left instructions for customer to use a citric acid based cleaner immediately. I encourage them to use the cleaners until the depositing is stripped away. No repair possible prior contamination. I ran the service diagnostic cycle and all major functions worked as designed.
