After I sucked all the water out I removed the drain pump. I found a bra padding in the pump. The drain pump was very loud and did not seem like it was going to work well. I replaced the drain pump. I also found the cold water was not filling only hot. I removed the cold water hose and found the screen was plugged up. I cleared the screens. The cold water works great now. ;

Customers complaint with the dishwasher is the door drops open theres no resistance. Upon arrival and inspection I found the door leak struts were broken both plastic pieces failed. I replaced the links and tested the door and found it to be resistant as designed. I did minor cleanup and added some lube guard grease to the new strings. Customer complains they get an error code when I try to use the washer. Upon arrival and inspection I found there was no water supplied to the house. I hunted down the Water main and turned it on and tested the washing machine through a speed wash cycle. The washer would not drain and got an error code. I cleaned out a lot of contamination that I found from a rubber back rug that had been washed. The floor drain backed up when I was testing I notified the customer. I watched it through a quick cycle and speed wash and its now working flawlessly with no errors.
