Customers complaint was the refrigerator discharges water occasionally. Upon arrival and inspection I found the unit was affected by service bulletin about the duckbill getting plugged in the back. I remove the duckbill and cleaned it as well as cut a notch in it. I removed the evaporator cover and clean thoroughly. When cleaning the drain hose I found a whole host of buildup. I cleared it out and tested by pouring a 4 ounce glass of water down the drain. It drained perfectly.

"Customer complaint is, stopped working , customer noticed a burning smell. Inspected and tested. Found the inside of the dryer had a ton of lint in it and had caught on fire. Found the vent pipe had come loose on the inside and was putting a bunch of lint on the inside. I cleaned out the inside of dryer and reattached the vent. Tested dryer and its working great. Temperatures were cycling between 230F and 120F with vent disconnected and spiked up to 250F before I shut it off. The vent needs to be cleaned before they use the dryer. Dryer is now fixed."

"The upper oven door opens, but lower oven door does not open (with upper) how it is supposed to. Its completely locked into place. Seized up. Appears that the hinges are locked up, but there is no way to get to the hinges without pulling door out a good 10. Explained to customer that if I do that, it will damage the Chasis, hinges, and inner door. Then customer wouldnt be able to use either oven. Did hard reset, lock works perfectly for upper door. Control board recognizes correctly when door is locked and unlocked. Not a control board (electrical) issue or lock issue."

"Right front burner not igniting great, and big flames. Made sure it ignites well. Cleaned burner with a wire brush too. Noticed that if burner head is not on correctly, it will make a big flame. Adjusted burner head and it ignites and burns great. In oven, broil doesnt work, and white debris falling from ceiling. Found a mouse nest on broil flame deflector plate. Mouse chewed through wire to ignitor, and insulation from oven fell on ignitor and melted onto it. Replaced ignitor, cleaned off pan, ignites great now, nice and clean. Nice family.; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock"

Ran washer through service diagnostic cycle and everything worked great. I put a load of towels on and ran it through a rinse and spin and everything worked perfectly. It filled, agitated, drained and spun out great. Im pretty sure there was just to big of load, or it just had gotten off balance. Washer is operating normal for me."

"Customer complaint is, UNIT STILL SHUTTING OFF AFTER A FEW MINS. Inspected and tested washer in service diagnostic mode. I got a F6E4 error code at the beginning but it ran through great and no errors when I was done. F6E4 is a open float switch. Started dishwasher on power blast and high temp and the second time it filled it started washing and then canceled and drained. Im going to replace the board, because everything else test good. Installed new board and tested. Dishwasher ran for a half hour and was working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Water has been leaking from the dishwasher into the basement. Found water has been leaking for a while now from the drain line, as well as the circulation pump motor. The seals have broken down on the motor allowing the water to come through. Quite a bit of damage to the wooden floors underneath the dishwasher and to the sheet rock behind it. I uninstalled the dishwasher and took off the parts that were bad so that the customer can have those When they submit to homeowners insurance for the damage. Quoted the customer for a new drain line and circulation pump but with it being pretty old they are going to buy a new one."
