There is a shirt stuck under the agitator. I was able to get the shirt out but I could not get the agitator bolt out. I tried a impact and its so stuck my impact started to smoke. Customers complaint with the fridge is that when they use the water dispenser it blows the circuit breaker and they are having ice refreezing to itself in the freezer. Upon arrival and inspection I found temperatures in the freezer were in the low 20?F the fresh fruit section was 55 to 58?F. I found an active leak behind the unit when I pulled it out causing a short that blows the breaker when water is dispensed. This refrigerator has this failing sealed system unfortunately this is not covered with her HomeSmart warranty. Please submit this in for replacement.

"The dryer was not heating at all. I pulled the dryer out and removed the rear panel. I found the fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and Vacuumed up all the lint that was on the back of the dryer. The dryer heats good. The air flow outside was only 13 mph. I advised the customer to have the duct clean soon.
