I checked evaporator fan and i suspect maybe the fan blade was close to edge and when cold/hot caused it to slightly shift hitting edge of plastic housing causing the noise. I adjusted bracket for evaporator motor. Refrigerator is quiet and working good as Im here.If problem continues i would guess the evaporator motor would need to be replaced again. After 40 minutes clothes were just about dry, little damp still. Based on this I suggested that customer get the vents cleaned out because the dryer itself is heating and working good as Ive been here for 45 minutes.If customer call back in this will need to be transferred for 2nd opinion. I have been here 3 times and not able to find issues."

"Dryer will not always spin or drain. Customer has to play with display to get it to work and it only does so intermittently. Upon arrival I listen to the customer and he noted a clicking noise when it tried to go into drain and spin. Tested and found the actuator was playing up. I replaced it I tried to calibrate unit but it did not want to go through automated testing and the draining function did not work. And I was able to get draining function to work intermittently. Control board seems to be getting lost and not always sending power when it should to the drain pump weather drain or spinning. "Icemaker not working. Water pressure was poor, customer replaced water filter while I was on site. Water pressure was still pour I found plumbing was improperly ran off a hot water pipe with a saddle tap valve. I tested the icemaker and it did not rotate timer had failed. I replaced it and found no power was being sent from the optics board. I replaced the optics board and fridge vendor and hot water into the ice maker. The refrigerator is working as designed although the installation is improper and must be looked at. I notified the customer of this fact.; used 1 W10757851G (ICEMAKER OPTIC BOARD) from stock, pckd up 1 WpW10190961 (6 cube icemaker)"

The lid to the dispenser opens during the service diagnostic mode, but not during wash cycle per the customer. Failed programming on the board. Customer declined repairs."

Customer was concerned that the staining coming from the washer may be from the dryer. I checked the seals and the drum and dryer looked perfect. No sign of oily residue or stains inside tub. I didnt note heavy buildup of lint in the trap ducting. I left instructions on how to clean that and where to purchase the appropriate brush. The dryer is working as designed.
