The grey water from the dishwasher is backing up into the sink. Looked at the sink set up on Streem and this has to be a plugged drain on the kitchne sink. Please call into AHS and have this billed out. Labor is $100 for us. (by FW)

"The dishwasher did not wash, soap was in the dispenser and water in the bottom. I had her cancel a cycle and the unit did not drain. She had a dispoasl put in a month but said its not that, I would double check the disposal. This has the newer motor that we stoc- WPW10510667 (by FW)"

"Customer complaint is, LOUD NOISE- THINKS ITS FAN- NOW IT STOPPED AND NO NOISE AT ALL. Found the FF evaporator fan is a ball of ice and the temperature is only 47 degrees in the FF compartment. This is the Samsung refrigerator with the known evaporator issue. This is not covered by homesmart. Angie please submit for replacement helper."

Complaint was unit leaking in freezer. Cleaned junk out of drain. Steamed drain as well.

"Fridge warm in FF and freezer. Compressor is running but it is cool in condenser line. Zero frost on evaporator after 20 minutes. Told customer it has a sealed system issue, time to get a new fridge. Did recommend checking with LG to see if theyd put in a new compressor and check the system."

"Ran through test mode. Ran the entire way through, even with heater on running at 7 amps. Checked wire connections in junction box, and under dishwasher. No loose connections. Have power cord accessible from dishwasher. Customer will use extension cord and try running the dishwasher with it on other outlets. To see if its a breaker issue."
