Steamed all the ice and frost out. Dried everything out. Got the fan running. Steamed the seal, so it seals well now. Also adjusted the light socket so the light works in the fresh food. All runs great now."

"Customer complaint is, OVERFILLING, LEAKING FROM BOTTOM, CONTROLPNL LOOSE,SPIN SOUNDS STRANGE. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure sensor hose was plugged, causing it to not read the water level correctly. Cleaned out hose and filled washer 4 times to different levels and it stopped right were it should every time. Control panel right end cap tabs are broken. Needs a new end cap. I let the washer spin out 4 times and it sounds normal and clothes were spun out great every time. I did not find any leaks. Washer is working normal. The end cap comes with both end caps, but they were both for the left side and I need the right side. New part on order. ; ordrd 1 W10820038 (End caps)"

"Customer said that water is leaking from the bottom left corner about once every 20 loads. They said theres no rhyme or reason doesnt matter and load size when it leaks. I tip the washer back I found nothing cracked or broken. I ran a diagnostic test three times and water is not leaking I did find signs of water on the upper left-hand side of the cabinet. I did find fabric in the detergent cup, I removed the fabric and cleaned up some of the calcium deposits. Advise the customer that it could be the detergent cup assembly thats the issue."

lights now working. I replace the LED light module and power supply and power was being sent to all three Siris of LED lights but none of them lit. I found two bad modules on the first two series of lights. The third series of lights has four LEDs and serious I was able to find three of the four tested them all and they were all working as designed. I emptied the fridge and freezer completely I could not find the fourth LEDs shown on the wiring schematic. This last LED that is in series is the cause of the light failure but it is not evident from any documentation where the light is in the fresh food section hour how it can be accessed..; saved tckt

"The dishwasher does not fill with water but it does go through and turn on the wash motor and the heater and drain pump. I tested for voltage at the water valve and I get zero voltage, I also get zero voltage at the float switch. I put in to diagnostics and every water valve related error code came up. I am altering the main control and the water valve. Customer complains of white residue is getting left on dishes its not cleaning well. Upon arrival and inspection I found a shard of glass and toothpick holding the chopper blade stationary. I cleaned it put it back together and tested. Dishwasher has wonderful pressure but the water entering it is very hard. Customer is using hey standard detergent its insufficient for their water issues. I explained the customer the issue. I recommended they step up their game and start using a premium brand detergent and get their water softener fixed.
