"The complaint is the dishwasher does not wash well and completely dry the dishes and also louder than it use to be. After testing I found no issues with the dishwasher. There is calcium build up in the detergent cup and kind of all over. The sump area and filter are completely clean. There water is very hard, the water measured over 25 grains a gallon. They are not using a rinse aid. I advised them to start using one. I also advised them to check the water softener operation and to clean the dishwasher with a dishwasher cleaner. I put the dishwasher in diagnostics. I went through all the modes and they heater came on."

The complaint was it will not dispense water and frost in the freezer. I found the plug off on the cold water solenoid. I made sure the ice and water were tight. The dispenser does dispense ice and now water . The ice maker cycled and filled with water while I was there. I raised the door so it seals better. I also noticed a lot of moisture on the million. The humidity control was off. I turned the humidity control on so now the million heater runs to Dissipate the moisture.

The customer complaint is that they need to run the dryer 2-3 times to get the clothes to completely dry. I started the dryer on a high heat time dry and recited the temps. The dryer would heat to a high temp but every time it cycled back on it would only heat for a few seconds. The longer it ran the less it cycled the heat. I used my air flow meter and it said the air flow is poor. I pulled the washer out then disconnected the dryer vent. I took the air flow test again and this time is was good air flow. I hooked the dryer back up and pushed the washer back in. The dryer is on the second flow so I was unable to get the air speed from outside. The issue is the dryer duct is restricted and needs to be cleaned.

"One time when customer used it, it stopped and wouldnt continue. But if she stopped it and selected other options like drain and spin, it did. I put in test mode and only error was a drain error. But in test mode I put it on drain and it drained perfect. I dont see any physical signs of malfunction. Ran it on a normal wash and washed great, but then when it came time to recirculate water, it couldnt. Tried draining out the water, and just hummed. The Diverter is failing. Ordered a new one. "Customer complaint is, OVERFILLING, LEAKING FROM BOTTOM, CONTROLPNL LOOSE,SPIN SOUNDS STRANGE. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure sensor hose was plugged, causing it to not read the water level correctly. Cleaned out hose and filled washer 4 times to different levels and it stopped right were it should every time. Control panel right end cap tabs are broken. Needs a new end cap. I let the washer spin out 4 times and it sounds normal and clothes were spun out great every time. I did not find any leaks. Washer is working normal. Installed new end caps. Washer is now fixed."

I found water leaking from the freezer bottom and the water dispenser will not dispense water. The waterline in the door is frozen and the drain grommet had slipped up and it was restricting water from draining into the pan. I cleared the ice in the door and cleared the ice around the drain pan and fixed the grommet. The dispenser flap does not seal properly so warm air is leaking in. I gave the customer a quote for the dispenser flap repair and the dispenser tube heater. Quoted for parts and labor. I added the quote along with part numbers to photos.

Upon arrival and inspection I found the freezer was running in the mid 20? fresh food section was running in the 50? range. Obvious issue was found there. Please transfer or put in Autho for replacement. Among the things broken were both freezer and fridge door seals both crisper drawers the dairy door the meat drawer, And lastly the bottom door bin. I found the freezer liner was cracked as well possibly causing moisture leaks as well as heavy damage to the fridge liner where door has been scraping for a long time. We would also need a door shim kit. In my opinion this refrigerator is beyond repair please call in authorizations.; saved tckt"
