Wont spin at end of cycle. I ran washer through the automatic test mode and it worked perfect I jumped in the manual test mode I was able to jump between agitate and spin with no issues. The gearbox is extremely loud. I suspect its drawing too much resistance and just not completing the spin because its too much work for the motor to turn. I quoted gearbox a customer , theyll reach out to us. If I return to do the gearbox I need to gearbox splutch and a hub assembly.

The customer said it does not heat at all. He said it use to and when you open the door steam would come out. In diagnostics I got the 2-1 and 7-1 error. 2-1 is stuck key and 7-1 is heating issue. The heater come on and was drawing 4.5-7 amps . At the end of the diagnostic cycle it gave me error 4-6 which I could not find. I want to order and replace the main control and the soil sensor. The dryer heats but takes a long time to dry. The dryer is on the second floor and vents through the roof. They had the roof replaced a couple months ago about a month later is when the issue started. The duct behind the dryer was pretty restricted. The Aldo tested bad with my tester. The dryer heats for a while but the longer it heats the less the burner stays on. I disconnected the duct and it was better and the air flow was better. I advised the customer to have the duct cleaned a and the bent cap checked for a screen. I also advised to not use it until its cleaned. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)
