I thawed the water line out and advise the customer it needs a new heater kit but it is not covered under warranty. I turned the water back on to the fridge and I ran several glasses of water and it never leaked from the fresh food compartment. It is not a dual evaporator so there is no drain inside of the fresh food compartment . I advise the customer to take a picture or a video of the leak if it happens again.

"Water was leaking and dripping from the filter. Took the filter out, cleaned a little debris out, screwed it back on, no water dripping now. I did see small evidence of water at one point from the boot, but it did not leak at all while running with tub full of water. Quoted for customer if boot does leak in future, told her I would not charge. Trip charge. Would order boot and come back for repair MDS47123605. Boot is fine though it seems. Thats the only other place I could see it potentially leaking."

The fridge is not cooling and maintaining temperature. Upon arrival and inspection I found the freezer section was running in the mid to high teens fresh food section was between 50 and 58?F. I ran it through the service diagnostic tests and found all the thermostats tested good. I checked the defrost and it was set to eight hours. I saw no evidence of frost. I checked for service bulletins at service masters and found no cooling issues were noted. Unit is running constantly per the customer. Sealed system failure has occurred.

"Customer complains dishwasher leaks from the front left corner. Upon arrival and inspection I found the unit was not level in the front left corner was 3/4 of an inch lower than the back of the unit. I leveled the unit and watched a rinse cycle and found heavy soap contamination and suds. I rinse machine out thoroughly ensure there are no more suds and test it a wash load. The customer is using an unorthodox method of detergent and this may be causing the problem I left samples to test, or it may have simply been the machine was improperly installed. She will test and keep an eye open and call and tell us what she finds in two business days. The dishwasher is now fixed; saved tckt"

The customer complaint is white residue on the dishes and soap not dissolving. The is calcium build up everywhere in the dishwasher. The element is covered in it and you can scrape it off the door. The filters were completely plugged up. I took the filters out and cleaned them by hand. I pur?e vinegar in the bottom and in a cup so it slow cleaned up the calcium. The water is over 20 grains of hardness. The customer will call a water softener person. The dishwasher is also installed in between the cabinets and the door hits when you shut the door. It was like this when I was there.

I showed it to the customer and showed them that the vent inside is not attached to anything and needs to be secured to the wall.
