I swapped out the broken rail. It is now fixed.

"Dryer not working making a bad noise. Upon arrival and inspection I heard the noise noted by customer momentarily but then dryer began to run in heat its normal. It started and stopped at multiple times I could hear a vibration or rattling. I pulled apart the main cavity and found the support roller on the right hand side had failed. I replaced the dryer repair kit cleaning the cavity thoroughly as it had a half inch of lint buildup in it. I reinstalled the drum and pulled apart the back of the machine finding that the bulkhead had screws, money, and hair pins some of which had caught in the fan and left it with surface damage. I cleaned out the bulkhead thoroughly along with the rear cavity and tested the dryer. The dryer worked perfectly.; used 1 4392065 (REBUILD KIT) from stock"
