"Not heating, dryer duct was crushed and it only flowed 12mph. I straightened the hose and re-installed it. Flow was up to 19mph. I watched five heat cycles and it cycled between 120?F and 235?F. The dryer is now working as designed."

"Not draining again, she washed a dog bed the filter was plugged with dog hair. I removed the blockage and tested the washer. It is now fixed."

The washer doesnt finish cycles consistently and gets a non-draining error although it drains. I found the control board was intermittently reading the water level in correctly. Needs a new board

I replaced the leaking drawer and the failed drain pump. The washer is now fixed.
