Upon arrival, installed the new control board and evaporator fan assembly and tested. Machine seems to fire up a wide away and start cooling. Everything seems to be working at this time.

I removed the right, fresh food door gasket.I snapped in the replacement gasket that I brought with, perfect fit. ADX72930475 ff door gasket

Customer states that the machine didn't finish the cycle after attempting to wash a large comforter. Explain to customer that overloading the machine will cause it to not balance properly and keep it from progressing through the cycle. Tested with a normal size load of laundry and it went through the cycle properly

Customer states that she gets LE error and hears grinding noise. Confirmed both and determined that this unit has bad bearings. Called tech line and parts nla. Customer to replace unit.Lg ticket number 385424

Customer has concerns about frost, forming on the back ball of the top left section of the freezer. compressor running too long because of the placement of the evaporator temperature sensor in the lower section of the freezer. Moved temperature sensor from bottom of evaporator to suction line on the evaporator as instructed by Techline. defrosted the machine aggressively. Customer also requested that we remove the icemaker from the machine. Also set temperatures in the refrigerator section higher because customer had complaints about freezing. Everything seems to be working properly. Customer is going to try.
