Customer states that the machine didn't finish the cycle after attempting to wash a large comforter. Explain to customer that overloading the machine will cause it to not balance properly and keep it from progressing through the cycle. Tested with a normal size load of laundry and it went through the cycle properly

Customer states that she gets LE error and hears grinding noise. Confirmed both and determined that this unit has bad bearings. Called tech line and parts nla. Customer to replace unit.Lg ticket number 385424

Customer has concerns about frost, forming on the back ball of the top left section of the freezer. compressor running too long because of the placement of the evaporator temperature sensor in the lower section of the freezer. Moved temperature sensor from bottom of evaporator to suction line on the evaporator as instructed by Techline. defrosted the machine aggressively. Customer also requested that we remove the icemaker from the machine. Also set temperatures in the refrigerator section higher because customer had complaints about freezing. Everything seems to be working properly. Customer is going to try.

Customer states that it is freezing in the two drawers in the machine. Called tech-support on this and they stated that the top of the two drawers is going to stay at 32? regardless of settings. The bottom drawer is adjustable by the slider and the air damper on it. Customer did have the slider all the way to the warmer setting. Tech support recommended replacing the air sensor at this time. Will need part for the top section air sensor. Please research part and contact customer.; saved tckt

Customer states that it freezes really well in the freezer but the fridge is warm and does not cool at all. Opened up the back of the freezer and inspected the evaporator fans. Neither one of them was spinning after the door sensor had been pushed closed for two minutes.checked for voltage at the connector and they both had about 14 V. Tried to spend them by hand and they were both jammed up really hard and hard to turn by hand. Going to need parts research on this one to find parts for criterion.; saved tckt
