"Returned with parts, installed the broil element and found the unit still did not heat correctly, installed the new board and put back the old element, cycled and tested. The unit still heats as it should. ; ordrd 1 W10840298 (Control board)"

"Customer states the oven does not get up to the correct temperature. Cycle and tested on bake, the unit never got over 275 degrees, tried turning the broil on and the element never heated up. "Customer states the unit wont drain.Customer informed me the unit has been running fine after the not draining incident, cycled and tested found the unit had a code for being out of balance. Ran diagnostics and found the unit shakes quite a bit empty. The customer states the unit has always shook like that. Checked and found the unit was not level, tried leveling and the unit wouldnt stay level the wood floor is sagging the customer is going to put a sheet of thick plywood down if the issue continues. I suspect the no drain is from the floor causing the unit to shake. This is a prefabricated house so the customer was unaware of the thickness of the floor."

"Parts supplied to customer, installed the WiFi board, after installing, plugged in the unit and the customer was able to connect to the machine. Unit is working as it should"

"Returned with parts, removed the covers and installed the fan, with the unit running was able to see the there was water frozen running down from the ice maker fill tube. Removed and checked made sure the tube was tight suspect the issue was from the connection as the was was running down the back wall of the inside of the freezer. Customer will monitor to see if the isssue has been fixed. The fan is in the freezer is running as it should."
